They found me a room late at night despite not having much available. There was no way I could stay at the misrepresented place I had originally booked and after driving through dark, very foggy mountains my mom and I were very tired. She called here and they found us a room and had us come right on over. It was nice, clean, comfortable and was so lovely I wish I had booked here first. I suppose for those who love super modern inns this wouldn't be for them but it's very nice for someone like me who likes places with charm and that home touch. We didn't get to stay here for long but the time that wasn't spent was nice, and their beds were so soft and comfy. It was a non-smoking room too which I appreciated.
The night manager refused to give us another night because she is friends with some of the visitors here she is best friends with my husband's ex relatives so she refuses to give us another night I rate this hotel a zero I won't come back

Good afternoon Ma'am, First of all i would like to apologize for the inconvenience. And the reason we could not rent a room to you was because of mismatch of names on credit card and provided ID. we DO NOT run any credit card that doesn't match with the guest ID due to theft prevention program. Other than that i do not have to explain the condition of room after you checked out. Hope you understand our concern. Feel free to call us if you want to discuss regarding this issue. Thank You, Kay.
This hotel doesn't have a elevator. We were also promised a first floor room. We had to rent their celebration room to get a king bed. Way too expensive. Everything was good. Breakfast had the normal waffles, bagels, muffins and dry cereal.
Just stayed here for a week in July with my husband for his family's reunion. This place is really the only option for a hotel in Toccoa, except for the Simmons-Bond B&B, and it may not be The Four Seasons, however all the ladies who worked the front desk are exceptionally nice and quick to help. We had a great stay there and found everything satisfactory. The A/C was running when we arrived and it was wonderful to step into a nice, cool room after a hot day in July. They left breakfast open late for me when I overslept and missed the
Only 1 night stay room was comfortable, clean and it didn’t smelled a plus when it comes to a small hotel. Easy to find and nice staff. The had breakfast which was a surprise nonetheless a lot of choices.
