We were greeted by a very polite and friendly girl. The front desk clerk told us if we needed anything or if something was unacceptable just let her know and she would tke care of it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, nothing special. The only problem was the traffic noise from Interstate...

Appears to be an old Holiday Inn, converted but not updated. Bed was good, but room was dated, and TV was not very good. Internet was ok, as was service. More like Econolodge quality, not above that. But good location.

We travel with a dog, and good pet-friendly hotels are important. We enjoy the Quality Inn in Madison. Our room was at the back of the main building, near a grassy area that works for the dog. There are also pet-friendly rooms in the second building and there may be grass nearby, but I didn't see it. If traveling with...

Just passing through and had a great sleep. One of the best showers I've had in a hotel for a while. New towels and bedding, down comforter, and perfect pillows. The building was a bit rough, but everything else out rated it. Definitely would stay again.

This hotel room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. AC was a little noisy, but not really a problem. We stayed on the first floor so the people going up and down the outside stairs was a little noisy in the early morning, but didn't last long. The hotel is right next to a Cracker Barrel and...

I would not make this your first choice to stay in Madison unless budget is more important then cleanliness. This hotel is extremely old and the rooms are very outdated. The carpets were so filthy and stained I would not walk on them in my bare feet. My tub had brown spots splashed all over the walls and hair in...

Stayed here because we wanted to see the Madison Historic District and it was right off I -20. Rooms were large- had a couch and table, desk, bed and dresser with flat screen. I felt the room was dirty and in need of serious updating. One of the advantages was a Cracker Barrel right next to the property as well...

The room was alright although the decor was ugly. The bedspreads were an ugly gold color and the curtains had the same ugly gold. The carpet was extremely dirty and needed cleaning bad. Other than that, bed was comfortable and we slept ok. Breakfast was not too bad, waffles, eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurt, rolls and bread. Juices, tea and coffee...
