I made reservations three weeks in advance, for one week. Even called a week early to check on reservation and change check out day due to work. Showed up and the owner/manager had given my room to someone else. No explanation, No apology, she could not have cared less. How Rude. We drove 14 hours to be greeted by this - (I'm to angry to use the words I want to use). This woman does not deserve anyone's business.
Stayed at Mulls inn while visiting family in the area. The inn is centered right in the middle of hiawassee, yet, sleeping was no problem. Thought it may be noisy with street right in front, but no problem. Owner was a little quirky, but the young lady that works here makes up for it. She also has a big guard dog so vehicles in the parking lot are never vandalized or messed with, and she is on th property all night in case any problems, so this put us at ease. Rooms are very clean, bed was so comfy. Definitely stay here again, if you have the opportunity to just come to the inn and let the staff help you, rather than dealing with owner on phone would be a recommendation.
