My wife and I arrived late at Alpine Hilltop Haus but the first thing I noticed and what held true on this visit was the sign at the front door "Willkommen", thus I have titled this review. You likely guessed that it means "Welcome" in German. That is the best way to describe this visit to Alpine Hilltop Haus. You...

The rooms are comfortable and Barbara and Frankie could not be more gracious hosts. They will gladly give you recommendations for places to go if you are unfamiliar with the area. And...

Barbara and Frankie are wonderful! They make you feel at home in every way. We called Friday afternoon as we were leaving Virginia to see if they had a room and they did. They allowed us to come in late. It was after 11 pm when we got there. Everything was perfect! I felt like I had stepped into a...

I chose the b&b for a quick romantic getaway. House is clean and cozy. Quaint and charming from check-in. Frankie and Barbara are amazingly welcoming and make you feel like family. I can't wait to book a return trip.

After reading all the positive reviews of this property I was skeptical that it could really be that great ... Well surprise , it was everything everyone said and more ! Miss Frankie and Miss Barbara are sweet, warm and even tho we've been to the area many times they were able to tell us things we didn't know !...

The Dogwood Suite is extremely roomy & comfortable and the house itself is tucked away in a quiet corner of the town! Breakfasts were wholesome and tasty and they even catered to my dietary needs.
