The Riverbend Motel & Cabins is my home away from home. Have stayed there for over 15 years. The same owner and the same awesome hospitality. The owner Mark is always a joy and makes sure you enjoy your stay. The rooms are clean and updated. The wood floors add a nice touch. To me you haven't done Helen without...

We had an excellent room with a cascading river just beyond our door. Great location to the Festhalle, with nightly bands during Helen's two month Oktoberfest. Near by,Unicoa State Park has a great lunch & dinner buffet, also there are a wide range of downtown restaurants featuring from Bavarian to Home Cooked meals , Mark made my son and me...

We stayed in a cabin that had a beautiful view of the river. Loved that it was off the beaten path but close enough to walk into town. Very quite and relaxing. The hotel staff was very helpful in finding the best restaurants to eat at.

We stayed Monday - Thursday and were very pleased. The hotel is older, however you can see that the owners have been doing some remodeling. We had 2 rooms, one with a king bed and the other with doubles, no complaints with either. It is located next to the river and it is a very easy walk to the main...

Just returned from a two night stay. Be advised the cabins / chalets are not first rate as suggested in the trip advisor ratings that brought us there. The towels were stained (yuck), one bar of soap for two bath rooms, and the bathrooms and kitchen needed sweeping. We did not use the kitchen but open the drawer and observed...

A very comfortable room with view and seating swing area on the river with a great place to enjoy your bottle of cabaret or chardonnay . . . we stayed in room 301 with easy access and excellent parking facilities. The hotel is located right in the center of town and everything is no more than a 10 minute walk...

My husband and I stayed here for the first time and loved it so much we are planning a return visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Mark was more than just a hotel manager, he was a great guy who made sure we were taken care of. He made our visit easy and care free. He treated us with kindness,...

While the hotel is old, the guest rooms are nicer than the outside. Room was clean, and we were pleased with the appearance. My only complaint is the outdoor pathways covered in torn, dirty outdoor carpet. Would have been nice to have coffee provided in the lobby. Free wireless internet worked great. Rooms are overpriced for the quality.

We stayed in one of there cabins based on Trip Advisor reviews. The staff was very nice, great location. The Cabin was cute but nasty, the fireplace did not work, the reception on the TV was terrible. The back porch was just nasty and the yard was a mess. Just not what we expected based on other reviews about this...
