This place was great. The sweet little lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and had all we needed for a weekend stay. Walking distance to everything in Helen makes it well worth the money.

The inn was rundown. The lobby is disgusting and needs to be cleaned. You should definitely look into other hotels in the area. If you spend a little more money you will be able to stay at a much nicer hotel.
