We have stayed at this establishment for many different reasons. This time my hubby surprised me with a 2 night stay on the 5th floor of the Ritz. Now for those of you who don't know. The 5th floor has suites and a welcome club. Once you arrive on the 5th floor there is no reason to leave. We stayed...

I was whisked away here for my earth day. An amazing establishment. I did not have to lift a finger. The valet greeted us upon arrival and asked for the pronunciation of my name. When I got in, the front desk attendant greeted me with same name. We were explained everything on our walk to the rooms. Every person who...

We'll, it started at first arrival when the bellman are suppose to greet you and not one of them said hello or offered help. The service at the hotel was very poor and the food was horrible, not even ok. We've stayed at basic Marriotts that had better with food and service then this hotel. The overall look of the...

Dear Lynn M, Thank you for your recent posting on TA, albeit extremely disappointing. Only through our guests constant feedback can we improve our service levels and while your critique is helpful, it lacks the detail we need to appropriately address the service lapses, of which there are many. Comments about rude employees or indifference on the part of management...

Great destination for a long weekend away from the city. From relaxing to lake activities, nature, golf, and much more, Ritz offers it all. Comfortable rooms, great vanishing edge pool, outdoor bar and restaurants. Ritz never disappoints and service is always superior.

Working for a Technology company with staff based across the USA, UK and Australia, The Ritz Carlton at Reynolds Plantation overlooking Lake Oconee was a great place to get the team of 100+ people together. Being winter our company was able to book out the resort and pretty much have it to ourselves. When you get this many sales people...

had a business dinner here and had a blast. Great and fun stuff to do, with a dog friendly atmosphere with exceptional staff. Winter time they have a ice skating rink and great out door play area. their is day care available if needed. it might sound kinda silly, but the staff says "merry Christmas" instead of happy holidays.

Located about 1.5 hours east of Atlanta, this hotel has it all. Once you walk into the lobby, you will immediate notice the openness with tasteful earth tone wood trim. Located on the lake - it has numerous walking, jogging, biking trails along the golf course. It has a outside and inside pool, a spa/solon and 3 restaurants if you...

We love this property and all the wonderful amenities it offers, there is so much to do and see and the staff goes out of their way to make the stay exceptional. It is truly a Ritz experience from the time we checked in to our dinner and breakfast the next day we were treated like royalty. Mr. Vick the...

At the last minute we decided to travel at Thanksgiving time. We loved the trip. We took advantage of most all the activities including swimming, kayaking, canoeing, bicycling (Those little hills were challenging to us Midwesterners), chess, spa treatments, etc. We also took a day trip to Greensboro for a little antiquing. We didn't bring our pet, but the resort...

My family stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Reynolds Plantation for 3 nights for the New Year’s holiday. I travelled with my husband and two daughters (both under the age of 3). We booked an executive suite on the Club Level, so I will only comment on the things that pertain to the suite, The Club Level, and things we were...
