i didn't fill welcome when i walked in. I was not greeted properly. When i checked in i wasn't given a card jacket. I was told that they was out. Another person checked in right behind me a was given one. I wasn't told about the WiFi i wasn't informed about anything around the hotel are anything in the area. The whole staff don't have any kinda since of humor. I'm from outer state and this is the way y'all treat FOLKS? Then i received two phone calls for what. One person called the room phone too tell me i needed 2 check out the next day due too the fact that they was over booked and they needed the room i was in.(RACIST). I've never been told by a hotel that i needed 2 be out of a room just because they over booked! Then i received a phone call on my cellphone saying the same thing. This hotel have there picks and choose. Once in the room i seen SPIDERS and spider webs in plane view. There was NO DO NOT DISTURB sign anywhere in the room! There was no information book found anywhere in the room. The toilet paper rolls was very very low. The walls had been marked up etc. I have never ever stayed at this hotel BEFORE. I also felt outta place and discriminated against when it came too my name being GIVEN! This hotel is in the IHG hotel chain and it's very SAID outta state guess be treated this way and the staff gets mad because there put in there place and customers are specking up for themselves! I will never stay here again and I'm make sure everyone i know that travel through this area don't stay are even stop at this hotel for any reason AT ALL! The room floor looks like it hasn't been mopped n awhile. There was hair found behind the entrance door and hair on the face bowl. There is also a spider web at the entrance way as you go into the room area. …
The hotel was decent. Beds comfortable Breakfast was passable. ( husband didnt like it. ) We had a few problems 1. No blow dryer in room which Jessica at the front desk took care of. 2. When we checked in I was told there would only be a 25. Hold on my card because we made our reservations threw Expedia. Not the case . There was a 114.00 charge and a 114. Hold on top of that. But Expedia had already paid for the stay. The next morning my husband checked and found these charges on our account. I called right away , it took several phone calls and 3 days but Amy at the front desk made it right . I will say the cleaning crew can do a bit better job cleaning the tubs. I dont know if we will be back ,being this is the closest hotel to my daughter and she is about to have a baby this is highly likely we will at some point . Hoping we will have a easier time of it next time. Bar the few mess ups it was a decent hotel. …
My wife and I stayed here on our anniversary trip. It is located in a very good area. Near great restaurants and shopping. It is a short drive to Dahlonega, GA, where we spent most of our time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and well lit. The WiFi was very strong. The breakfast selections were numerous and very tasty. I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel was new but care and cleanliness maintained was quite noticeable. The entire staff was very , helpful and professional at all times. The supervisor of housekeeping actually got on her hands and knees after she saw some dirty spots in our foyer area - she said her name was Leslie from St Kitts . My wife and I both suggest she move up in the company because she was so good arounds folks including her own staff. Also the young Puerto Rican couple Cristian and his wife down in the breakfast area were so nice we felt like they were almost family
I got a room for four days just to get away . I am disabled and i suffer from type one diabetes. Every morning i came down for breakfast. The breakfast assoicate meme has to be one of the most kind hearted people ive ever meet. Im 65 and ive meet alot of people in my life but this young lady is very special. She helped me fix my plate helped me to my seat without me even asking. Her smile is beautiful and i just wanted to let it be known she made my whole weekend so special. Sunday was very busy but with her being the only associate doing breakfast she keep the flow of things going and running smooth. With that vloume of people i still dont see how she did it without running out of food still smiling. She even let me pray with her and listened to my life story after breakfast closed. That meant so much to me. Im thankful i was able to meet meme. Hope shes still there when i return next month.…
