We stayed on a Friday night, with Saturday being my wife's birthday. Not a location we would ever think to choose, but we had been given a Wowcher as a gift and this was the only place we could use it. It gave us the opportunity to have some time to ourselves, so the location, just on the edge of...

From booking to reception, eating, and check out - Anastasia was first rate. Our dog made welcome. Comfortable room and very good food at both dinner and breakfast. The young waiter was very attentive and courteous. Liked Scarborough very much! Thanks for a lovely stay

Super place in secluded surroundings. Room was perfect in every way. Staff excellent although a little inexperienced and shy. Went out of their way to help and advise, Chef needs a pay rise !!! Steaks fantastic. Classy dining room. Definitely on the " to return " list.

Was really looking forward to this short break away but unfortunately from arrival at the hotel things went downhill. Upon arrival we had doubts, the lad at Reception was outside smoking and dashed inside, basically handed over the room card and wasn't bothered about seeing any paperwork as he was "arguing with his Manager on line". Once inside the room...

When we returned for yet another stay here we were surprised to find that since our last visit our room had been upgraded. It was very nice, bright and modern. Wardrobes had been replaced by free standing hanging rail which we thought a very good idea as who needs huge wardrobes when only staying a couple of nights or so....

I have never done "negative" feed back but we stayed on 21st February for one night on a wowcher in room 26 which was ok except we found the fridge had not been cleaned out as we found a dessert in a container and don't know how long it had been there. The room was not as clean as would...

My wife booked this with a voucher she got from the Internet for a couple evening meal and breakfast for £59.00 . I didn't expect much especially after reading some reviews on here. Finding it was easy and plenty of parking outside. Booking in was a bit of a carry on the girl on the desk asked for a copy...

A very nice hotel with attentive staff. The bar food was excellent in the evening and a nice place to sit and have a drink to relax. The rooms are a bit tired but for the price and location I would definitely recommend.
