Horrible service, bad food, construction site. Not properly clean and very humid. Old towels. Yet very expensive. An absurdity. No customer service skills, full of dogs that approach clients. Pity because the location is fantastic

There was no wifi or hot water in the room. Dodgy security. It was okay for a one or two star hotel, but it was $200/night! crazy. I could hear a dog crying next door. The staff were sweet but very inefficient, and seemed to be wandering around clueless. The morning I left, they tried to add an additional charge...

The place is a construction site. Dont go there. The pool is a disaster and empty. Construction Workers start at 8 in the morning with very noisy tools. I could not hear my girlfriend talking during breakfast. Totally not worth 150 euro's per night

The only reason to stay there is the incredible beach and quiet location. I stayed there for 5 days and the following things happened: - the included menu had limited dishes and during 2 days they ran out of chicken and other main dishes such as hamburguers and fast food. -we ran out of water during 2 hours on the...

You get a lot for what you pay: magnificent beach, great food, a pool, and mostly working infrastructure. Plus you are a few miles away from boomboom center activities. Just remember not to expect 5 stars but a typical , serious caribbean place and you will feel fine.

We (my husband and I) stayed at the hotel with a group of friends for the most beautiful beach wedding you can possibly imagine! However, it is very sad that even though the sea is out of this world beautiful, with different shades of blue water and white beaches, the San Andreans don't seem to look after it and you...

Staff was very helpful, cheerful and charming. The best part is the beach, you get good seats and towels and you have always a member of staff to bring food or offer a good drink. We had a junior suite with 2 rooms and 2 double beds. Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is quiet and honest. Definitely recommended!

This hotel is nothing less than a fraud. We arrived on Friday at 10:15 p.m. The entrance was messy, really dusty and besides, no one helped us with our bags. Although we were starving, the hotel had no room service. When we got to our room we were absolutely disappointed; a simple bed, with regular lining and a TV. The...

First I'd like to say the staff girls at the front desk are as nice as anyone could ask for as is everyone we encountered on the grounds. This hotel is where you want to be for peace and quite as its five miles south of "downtown" with absolutely nothing around except a restaurant next door which I don't recommend...

I stayed at San Luis Village for 5 days in a group of 10 people and had a terrible experience. Fist, the location is not good: 15 min drive from the city center. Moreover, taxis are expensive, around 10/20 dollars each way, and they take a long time to arrive - we usually waited for 30/40 min for one. The...
