Beware the information published on their website that breakfast starts at 5:30, this was the main reason we chose to stay here because other hotels in the area don’t start serving breakfast until 6. We were needed to leave before then. When we tried to open the door for breakfast at 5:45 the door was locked, and the receptionist stated the breakfast didn’t start until 6. This was a big deal to us since we specifically picked this hotel because of its breakfast hours. We asked her if we could at least get a cup of coffee Togo and she flat out said no.
Overall, we got what we expected given the inexpensive price of the room. It was reasonably clean which is a plus. Check in was easy. The room was on the ground floor and was a little noisy at times. We had a sound machine for our daughter, so we weren’t really bothered by it. Housekeeping knocked on our door around 9:30 Saturday morning. I told her we would be out in less than an hour for the whole day. She said she didn’t speak English and despite the fact she was in the room next door and saw us leaving, she never cleaned our room. We had our two children with us and it would have been nice to at least empty our garbage. I went to the front desk that night to get clean towels. Breakfast was some prepackaged donuts, bananas, oranges, juice and coffee, although we went Sunday morning around 8:30 and they didn’t even have the donuts. So, overall, not a terrible stay, but could have been a little better.…
The room was very clean and appears to have been recently updated. The check in process was quick and easy. There was no noise at night, which was nice since we didn't get any sleep the night before at another hotel.
My fiance and I got some money given to us for vacation upon which we used to buy a camper and a vehicle for us to get around in during the three weeks that we looked for this camper we stayed at America's Best Value in one reason being it was the only hotel in the area with a open swimming pool. these people that run the America's Best Value Inn are the worst sort of people to be in the hospitality business. frequently we were not able to use the pool the entire time that we stayed here besides for the last three days they had a work crew paving the parking lot right outside our door there were heavy machinery men yelling we weren't told to move our cars we got things all over them dirty it was loud inconvenient never once did anyone ever apologize or thank me or say have a nice day I never once received any sort of hospital treatment from these people then when our money ran out and our camper was broken down in the parking lot that they also own yet it is Jason to the actual hotel parking lot we were told after spending almost $2,000 over the three weeks to stay here never once with a discounted rate by the way that we weren't allowed to leave our camper here we would be threatened by the police they said that they could call the law that it was a liability in that we couldn't leave it here although we didn't ask for anything other than their awareness as we were trying to fix it never once did anyone come out to help me my fiance growing tired having seizures in stressful times was really stressful for myself as a man it's very sketchy to have your girl out in the parking lot at 4 a.m. after the $2,000 in horrible treatment that we've received we thought maybe someone would at least come and ask for help we were wrong. Everything about this hotel made it an aweful time for us both. Pl…
My hotel stay was affordable for a clean hotel room with no bugs! Front desks clerks were friendly and helpful as I resolved my "pet charge" and moved me to another room immediately when I discovered that my first room's TV was cracked in the middle. Housekeeping came daily! I wished my room had a microwave and fridge. I was also little uncomfortable about the people hanging out around the rooms but the hotel seemed like the ideal stay for construction workers and truck drivers.
Absolutely disgusting. The hotel seemed fine at first glance but once the lights were turned out the uninvited guests came out. SO MANY ROACHES! I felt something crawling on me and when I turned on the light there were dozens of roaches crawling around on the bedside tables, the desk, the floor and even worse on the bed. As it was after 3 in the morning and I had to be up early the next day I just sat there all night killing roaches and keeping them off my husband and child. The next morning I complained to the office and the lady at the front desk confirmed that there was a roach problem. Her exact words were "We usually just move guests to new rooms when they complain about the roaches." She also told me that I would need to wait until Wednesday as the owner was out of the country. I called on Wednesday and the owner told me that he would only give me 50% of my stay back because "its not my fault that theres roaches and I'm not paying a person to kill them." I demanded a 100% refund and he told me to send him the photos that I took and that he would call me back in an hour. After an hour and a half I called back and was informed that the owner had left for the day. I then spoke to the manager on duty who told me that she would not try to contact the owner and that she couldn't help me, threatened to call the cops if I called back and hung up on me. Unless you like roaches you should never stay here.…
after a 10 hour drive, we arrived to a filthy room with holes in the wall, dirty fridge and microwave, sticky sinks and tables, mold behind the toilet, floors not vacuumed- a complete failure! we were shown another room just as bad!! To make matters worse, the concierge told us that this was as good as it was gonna get, and that we had one of the better rooms!!! I immediately got my money back and went next door. DEFINITELY A 0 OUT OFF 10! 🤬😠😡
I stayed at America Best for about two months all together. Housekeepers are very nice!! Ms.Monica is the best front desk clerk ever! She make you feel welcome 😊 Good job Monica. The black hair lady terrible
Room was adequate . Bed was softer than what I prefer. Check-in and check-out staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Not sure if I would stay here again. No additional comments. Location was convenient to event I was attending.
Our stay was very convenient to restaurants, on the lower level, not far to the baseball tournament, the room was clean, employee friendly n was well priced .. would definitely recommend n stay again.
