We stayed in one of the rooms in the house, it was wonderful, cool and cozy. MaryBeth cooked the most fabulous breakfast and even catered to my low carb, no sugar diet. The atmosphere was so inviting and relaxed. The property is wooded and nice and quiet in the house. It is extremely close to the downtown of Dahlonega and...

We had a wonderful weekend at Cedar House! The hosts Mary Beth and Fred were so kind, hospitable and inviting. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and charming and it felt good to be in a place that was environmentally conscious. The breakfast, snacks and teas were provided with much love and care and they were not only...

This was the first time for me to stay in a B&B and Mary Beth and Fred were the best hosts ever. I came by myself to search my family roots in the Gainesville area and I felt right at home at Cedar House Inn. Breakfasts were fabulous, my room was immaculate and the whole experience was perfect. I would...

Cedar House Inn is a perfect spot for a mini-break getaway! It's far enough from Atlanta to feel like you're in nature yet close enough to get there for a quick weekend trip. We returned to the Cedar House Inn and Yurts for the Georgia Wine Highway weekend in March. It was our second stay and I can't say enough great things about it. Both times we have stayed in one of the yurts and have had an amazing experience. The setting is beautiful, the yurts are cozy and nature is steps away....

We have visited the Cedar House B&B twice. On our first visit, we stayed in the main house. The room was so cozy! It was like staying with an old friend. The breakfast was divine! We met some really great folks and lingered while sipping coffee. Our second visit we ventured out into a Yurt. Mind you, we are not...

Feeling the tension of a bit too much traffic in Atlanta, we drove down a quiet, shaded dirt road, parked and heard a warm voice saying, "You're here! Welcome to the Cedar House Inn! Let me take your bags! This way!" And there was Fred - smiling and leading us up a wooded path past lush gardens, fragrant flowers, chirping...
