As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the toilet had not been cleaned. There were hairs around the toilet and also, drops of urine. We immediately called reception and ask them to clean it, and their answer was: are there many hairs and drops?....More
Convention in town, so this was the only place available close by for early departures. The main things I see that were substandard were: 1.) multiple rents in curtain 2.) outlets that did not work 3.) lights over sink vanity only had 1 light working...More

You will be arriving at the International Terminal (Concourse F) and take the train to the the Domestic Terminal (T); go to the south side of the terminal (the side that is occupied by Delta) and follow the signs to Ground Transportation/Shuttles etc., which is on the on the South-West side. Cross the street in front of the terminal and find Zone 1, Section 20-24. This is where the shuttle bus will come and get you. I am not entirely sure during what times the shuttle runs, since I always fly in and out during their scheduled times. The bus for the Hampton Inn will also take you to the Sleep Inn (providing they have space). You might want to send an email to the hotel and ask about the regular operating times for the shuttle. Hope this helps and have a great trip!
