This hotel is great value for money, clean and comfortable. Better than expected for a motorway hotel. The manager, Vas, was especially helpful as we had made a mistake with our booking and he went out of his way to sort it out for us. We're coming back soon as it is the best place to stay near west Bristol where our son lives.

Very good standard and excellent service, carpets a bit tired but only a minor issue on what was a very good stay , my concern was it being on a service station but security and parking was good and I felt secure at all times

This is a hotel by the M5 motorway but I wasn't disappointed. Very pleasant receptionist and gave is a choice of upstairs or down. The room was clean and tidy and more spacious than I thought it would be. There is tea and coffee facilities and a good heater for these cold winter nights

Staff and Manager really make me feel welcome, they are always available to assist me when I need anything. Beautiful, clean and friendly hotel. Food is yummy and the environment is so friendly. Highly recommended 👍🏽

amazing place to stay with the high street in portishead 11 minute drive has mcdonalds aldi and an arrange of banks and shops on the site itself it has a noodle bar kfc burger king the hotel itself has it own restaurant opens at 6.30 AM for breakfast monday-friday untill 10 am saturday 7am -11am aff are amazing on the down side there is a pet charge of £20 per stay which i find steep as children stay free and they make a lot more mess and noise

I was made to feel very welcome, due to circumstances I stayed longer than I intend to. Vas the general manager helped me to reserve day by day etc, house keeping were friendly. Also Vladimir the Chef is very happy to cater for certain meals. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Stayed at the Ramada for 3 weeks for work and can honestly say it was a pleasure. Great staff considering they were short staffed there wasn’t anything that was too much for them! Great team, Fas the manager, Noelle in the kitchen and Alana. Really friendly, great breakfast and evening meals too!! Didn’t get the chefs name but they were all very very hard working considering! Would definitely recommend, great value for money and great location too. Best Regards Barry

I am so glad I stayed at this hotel. Very pleasant staff and great customer service given. Food was nice. We ordered a pizza and fish and chips along with a kids meal. Very tasty food late eve. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Vas, The hotel manager was very kind and went the extra mile to make our stay worthwhile. He was very helpful and I can't thank him enough for the great service.
