Starting with the check-in, room upgrade, in room dining, breakfast and Xmas Eve Dinner Buffet, there wasn’t a single instance where we had to raise our concerns to the hotel staff.
Activities such as Spa (charges applicable) Outdoor pool, terrace / indoor pool (was under maintenance though), full sized Snooker table (surcharge), Sauna, Gym, ATV ride (Surcharge applies, you try the ATV if only you are ready to get your clothes dirty) through the wet terrain field can keep you busy through the day.
It’s not too far from the shopping malls like Kepri Mall, Nagoya Mall. There is a fixed shuttle service that goes to all the malls which can help explore the city.
I’d definitely recommend this property and would visit in the future as well.
Recommended Food (In Room Dining): Yellow Dal with rice, Spring Chicken (smaller portion for its price), Nasi Goreng Ayam.

Staying 10 days at this hotel on a business visit. The superior room is large, modern and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are outstanding, bath amenities leave nothing to be desired. The hotel restaurant is quite large with pool area tables and pool bar offering great local and international selections at reasonable prices. The hotel is not busy due to the Corona virus concerns, staffing is complete and the service is exceptional. The breakfast buffet offers international and local selections and rivals or surpasses the most other 5 star hotels. The pool and spa area is world class and the hotel offers endless amenities. I was approached at dinner by the guest relations representative, her name was Astrid. We spoke for 45 minutes about the hotel, the amenities and she inquired as to where I felt they could improve. She was delightful and fully engaged with guest satisfaction. In my opinion there was nothing that could be added to an already perfect resort hotel experience. I travel extensively and this is one of the best resort hotels I have had the pleasure to stay at.

Well the Hotel is out of the core city center just in proximity of Golf course.Cam and quite place to stay. Shopping mal close by and 5 minutes walk some small restaurants, if the Hotel own restaurant should once not be enough. The Hotel is clean and typical business style layout. The pool area is nice and may become a bit small if Hotel is fully booked on getting enough sunchairs, but mainly business people are coming, so during the day they are all at work. Cannot complain about internal infrastructure with as well inside pool at 10th floor, nice place to relax if no need to stay or lay in the hot sun. Nice and well equipped gym. The Hotel ones only on restaurant which is acceptable, but on a long stay like mine of 3 days well you have been thru the menu several times. Nic his the buffet evening on Saturdays with fresh seafood and fish and life music. The food is good on decent level fish is fresh. Happy hours at the bar are available every day. Appreciated. The staff, the staff is friendly and trying to have smiling eyes (as we still use masks). The staff is well trained from courtesy point of view. Well yes a couple of things did not match, but these are let me say minor issues, but should be addressed as I did verbally at the reception. Once you use laundry service make sure they deposit a new list and bag for you. For me did not so I asked and did a bunch of bags and many laundry list sheets.... Hahahaha. Nothing or too much. In the bathroom too many conditioner, no shampoo,..... towels a bit and a bit not a complete set. To told the room service and they made sure it was all covered. So I may say is the the guy from room service or did he just not have in his trolly what he needed. The rates for the Hotel leve it is an extremely competitive. So in the end we need to fair, the service is more than acceptable. SO all in all I am satisfied and will come back for sure and this will be my Hotel during my next stay in June 2022.

The maintenance has been downgraded. Toilet bowl is not clean, a strong urine smell plus the tissue at the basins contains lot of dust. The condition given a big bottle for the guest how can a guest using so much condition compare to the shower gels? Don’t we use it more gels then condition unless the hotel don’t want guest to use it and a big bottle of condition can make the staff so less job because they don’t need to refill it. We usually stay this hotel and recommended many friend but standard drop after the above urine smell and tissue box contains dust.

Fantastic hotel, clean and amazing condition, best breakfast!
Everything was perfect, except the experience by the spa.
Booked the spa 1 month prior to staying, got confirmation that it was booked. On the day before and the day itself, confirmation of the massage is conveyed via whatsapp. However when my wife went down to the SPA itself, there was no booking. She spent a good 30-40mins there just to get confirmation that indeed the SPA was not booked, despite being told previously it was. Due to some miscommunication by the front desk and the spa, the massage was not booked.
The staff of the SPA did call and sincerely apologized about it saying it was her mistake as she was on leave that period during the booking, and missed out on it. I accepted the apology, and she said that she could provide free 30mins back scrub if i booked the massage on the night of the following day.
I totally understand and accepted her apology, but just felt that the service recovery of providing free 30mins back scrub, just made me feel cheap. Did not proceed to book the massage on the night or the following day due to time constraints.
Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place!

This hotel is one of the BEST! Location is great and green area, and their service is amazing!. We booked the deluxe room for two nights in separate booking, and requested the one golf view and balcony. We also arrived earlier than checkin time because we came straight from our flight and our room was ready so we were able to rest immediately. Their water is also complimentary which is great because other hotels normally only give up to two per day.
We booked direct to hotel and the staff who helping us Lamsida Sitanggang were excellent, she is so helpful and so professional to manage everything including our golf, transport and our ferry.
We also had unusual requests like when we asked them to store our luggage first when we were not around, as well they happily provided.
It was really a great experience, Warm reception, quick, efficient and friendly. Thank you so much we highly recommend this hotel. All i can say is that everything was amazing, from the view, the bed, the room, the service.

Absolutely stunning looking hotel and attached to a golf course as well always a bonus lol.
My room overlooked the golf course and the Pool Area, a fantastic view, the room was adequate and Nespresso coffee machine supplied, Minibar empty which i thought was due to the whole COVID thing but my colleague mentioned that his was full, and on check out i was asked if i had anything from the mini bar so maybe housekeeping had not done their job properly. Offerings at meal times are very sparse and the buffet left little to get excited about, seems that there are better cheaper hotels in Batam downtown where the nightlife is but if you are there for the golf and relaxation then i suppose its the place to be. The design of the rooms make them feel cramped in that you feel that have piled everything into a small space so that they can have more rooms, felt restricted

Lovely aesthetics, looks great. Rooms reasonable for the price, however walls transmit sound, very effectively. Food was of basic quality but very pricey. Service patchy to say the least. Expect to wait as staff can be invisible.

i stayed here with my family for 2 nights. the moment you step in, you feel peace, warmth, the vibes are all absolutely fantastic. the staff is friendly, always smiles and ready to help. the room was amazingly beautiful, extra large and perfect with all the required amenities. there are many entertainment activities for kids, like animal show, kids club, swimming pool, football court, trampoline and so on. when we stepped in the kids club, what i could only say was wow...it was incredible with all the games, painting, coloring, video games and not to forget there is a caretaker whom you can rely on, leave your kids inside and enjoy outside, which was so unique about this hotel. the swimming pool is huge, there are two swimming areas, one is outside and the other is inside the hotel. the water is crystal clean, over all well maintained. there are many cozy chairs in and around the pool, from where you get a beautiful view. the staff is kind, humble and super friendly. the breakfast was scrumptious, wide spread with too many options to choose from right from continental cuisine, local to indain. intially i was totally confused from where to start from, therefore i approached Miss,Luna(staff at breakfast buffet), she gave me a tour of the breakfast buffet. we enjoyed the delicious food. lastly, there is a free shuttle and there is a schedule, please contact staff for details. overall..it was way beyond a 5star hotel experience....

Nearest is Kepri Mall which is within walking distance. Hotel provides free shuttle service to this mall and others in city area too. Need to check with front desk on the shuttle service timing.
Why don’t you charter one car , it’s so cheap for 8-10hours cost you $50-$60 u can shop till drop and u don’t have to chase for the shuttle timing
Convenient and cheap, but advise reach hotel then u give the driver $$$ or tips if u wish

Thank you all for the responses. We just brought with us a small amount of IDR and used our credit card in most of the transactions since we just stayed mostly in the hotel.
The nearest ferry terminal is Batam Centre. The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the terminal. However I would suggest arriving at Harbour Bay as it’s much quieter and you can travel business class with Horizon Ferries. This gives you an express lane through immigration when you arrive in Batam. You will however need to pay for transportation to and from the ferry terminal.
There are more places to choose from in the Batam Center area.
