This hotel was very accommodating and available when we had a living arrangement that fell through. This hotel is worth visiting again, with its clean design, plentiful food options, and amenities for personal and business stays. This hotel is a class act.
We recently spent a couple of nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Winter Park to attend the Winter Park Art Festival. If you have the Hilton app you can check in with your phone and pick your room which I thought was fantastic (odd numbered rooms overlook their parking lot; even numbered rooms face Lee Road). We had a king room which had a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, iron, and wonderful Neutrogena shower products. I think Hilton's Serenity bed is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. This hotel is fairly new and in a wonderful location if you are visiting Winter Park and surrounding areas (it is on the corner of Lee Road and 17-92) and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby (there is a bar and restaurant in the hote). At the moment they are not offering daily housekeeping due to COVID but if you need anything they are more than happy to help you. Check in and out was very easy and the staff were all fantastic.…
Recently stayed two nights at this property. Property is new and rooms were very fresh and clean. Also very quiet. Lobby is very spacious and they have plenty of free parking. No issues during stay, other than front desk staff did not recognized gold status with hilton and offered no water, which considering the room rate I would they that would be a sure thing. I had to ask for the water. Staff were pleasant and efficient. When in need of a hotel in Winter Park in the future I will for sure stay here. I do believe this hotel stays busy so book early if needed. The area nearby is good also. There is a Starbucks and Foxtail coffee down the street.
Stayed here before boarding Amtrak AutoTrain in Sanford. Spacious room with large walk-in shower, lots of free parking, complimentary bottles of water, close to I-4. Large working area but only one chair, asked for a second but it didn't happen. Room didn't seem to cool off at night as much as we would like, pulled the duvet out of its cover and just used the cover. Enjoyed the covered patio with comfortable chairs and cushions. Excellent sushi at Fuji Sushi, just across the parking lot. Breakfast at Another Broken Egg and at First Watch down the street. Easy drive to downtown. Take the boat tour if you want to see how the 1% live.
This is a great place to stay and we will be back again!!! Staff was very pleasant!! Our room was clean and we had a good view. We had a small issue but staff responded right away and the issue was resolved. They take care of their guests!!!
Our hotel reservations were mixed up by booking agent and we needed a place to stay. We were able to get a room here at the last minute. The front desk person was excellent. Room was perfect. Would highly recommend.
Rented a room across the street from our event. What a great location! Restaurants, retail and groceries all within walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room and shared spaces were clean and quiet. I would recommend to friends, family and business associates. I will definitely stay here again.
This Hilton Garden is a clean , new property. . The rooms are contemporary and efficient . Location is less than 2 miles from Park Avenue where boutiques , fine dining, and sidewalk cafes are in abundance.. The primary negative is the property is overpriced. , Breakfast is prepared as a paid option, - only coffees provided at no cost. Sparse condiments in the room for the shower and bath. Bed pillows are flat with virtually no padding in the insert .. evening reception was not friendly. and the halls are noisy. Biggest drawback is the cost, a roadside hotel being more than $200 per night. Innovative Design & Events
Did not think it was any better service or cleanliness than a Bret Western motel. Location was great for our needs. No real restaurant and no pool in Florida is a bit ridiculous I would not stay here again
Even though I had 4 days of housekeeping assigned at checkin, I had to argue with the housekeeper and the front desk in order to get it done. As a Hilton Honors member, it’s frustrating having to argue with people when I know I had a service
