This hotel is in poor condition. Carpets are stained, as some of the bedspreads. Beds are cheap and uncomfortable as are the pillows. Some surfaces are not cleaned. It would be best to ignore most of the positive reviews. It is conveniently located to restaurants. It’s not very quiet.

It was my fault, I tried to save money with a one night stay. I should have turned around when I seen the poor area where the hotel was located. I should have left when I seen the terrible parking lot the hotel had. I should have left when I seen so many residents of the hotel sitting at their rooms doorway, smoking, watching their kids running around the parking lot. The hotel must have quite a few long term residents. I should have left when I was standing outside ringing the buzzer to check in through a small window within what looked like bullet proof glass. I should have left when I went in to the room that reeked of smoke, looked dirty, and had no toilet paper. I couldn't leave when I was in bed listening to all the partying going on late at night, chicken. I was happy I brought sandals so I could shower. I was happy to check out (through the small window in the bullet proof glass) and find my rental car was not harmed. I was happy to get out of there. It was my fault. But I share some of it with the reviewers who did not give me a warning. This place is bad news.…
Stayed there because it was close to tournament location. Hotel across street was $40 more a night, however Budget Inn does not offer breakfast buffet, so having to go to a restaurant for breakfast ate (no pun intended) into the savings. Definitely would not be a place to bring the family. Parking lot, at night, had many unsavory looking people. The closest shopping center had a laundrymat, a 2nd hand furniture store, and a closed-down movie theater, which will give you an idea of the neighborhood.
This motel was booked for us by a friend based on the location, so I did not have high expectations. Very pleasantly surprised. A great location a short block from a beautiful lake with a walking trail for youj to enjoy. McDonalds is across the road - very convenient. The room looks very 50's, but everything was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. We had trouble opening our door, but the gentleman on duty was right there to assist us and explain the little trick to open it. Would definitely stay here again.
I stayed there on Friday night.I and my daughter stayed here we both thought the room was clean and a great value I will definitely stay there again. Shower was large and had great pressure and hot water
Place has horrible parking. Rooms are clean and definitely worth the money you pay a night. Sometimes that's all that matters when it's time to lay your head at night. I've stayed multiple times and would stay again. It's within walking distance to a few small shopping area. Staples, Home Depot, Walmart.
My daughter stayed here and woke to massive bed bug bites! There were multiple dead and live roaches in BOTH rooms she was in. When she complained of the bed bugs the woman manager told her they were not bites and it was her acne! They would ONLY offer her to move to the adjoining room which was just as atrocious! We have lots of pictures and I will be reporting this to the health department! DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like being a bug's dinner for the night! This wasn't any cut rate either, $58/night for a week is not cheap. Unbelievable...
Parking is tight and there are no amenities. This is you basic budget hotel. Rooms we clean but a little noisy. I could here voices from the rooms adjoining ours. However, it would be tough to beat for the price.
Stayed here a few nights. Parking is horrible. There is no pool. But the man in the "window" was pleasant and I had no problem sleeping since it was quiet and no one bothered us. I will definitely stay again if I had too. But I wish there was a pool.
