The staff were very responsive and the gym is very nice and versatile too. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They checked and made sure I was satisfied with my amenities and were very attentive.
I stay at a few Holiday Inn properties each year, and this property was the most consistent top to bottom. The pool was nice, lobby fresh and inviting, room was as expected and the fitness equipment all works! The details are important to me and my family, and this location understands that the customer experience is vital to success. The staff’s attention to detail was on-point. Thank you!
Place was immaculate. Staff were extremely friendly, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable on the area. Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in thus far. This hotel is perfectly placed around a good variety of restaurants and stores.
Visited with a large group. Staff consistently delivered great service and were very friendly. Rooms were also very nice with nice decor and comfortable beds. Centrally located near major stores and restaurants. I would recommend.
Had to cancel my trip due to testing positive for covid and my 1 year old boy also tested positive and actively sick too. Tried changing the date to go another date but since it was a day before cancelation with Expedia, they were to send a notice to the hotel. I spoke to the hotel night before and explained my issue with the positive covid test, (John) from reservations said it shouldn’t be a problem and the future date I gave them was still open to reserve but Expedia had to contact them regarding the change. After waiting from Expedia to advise me on the status, I see a charge from the Hotel on the day of check in and then I called Expedia to see what happened. GM Perry Sedul charged me a night stay and canceled the reservation. I tried speaking to the hotel again and spoke to a (Sam) which apparently might be a false name and wasnt helpful either. Actually rude and not friendly said talk to Expedia, we can’t handle it. So Perry…. Thanks for charging me when I’m trying to do the courteous thing by not going to your hotel and infecting your staff and guests. I could of gone, let my kid cough and spread green snot all over the place and not said anything while checking in and get a cookie from the jar. A refund for the night would be the right thing to do………
Thank you to IHG and this locator for maintaining brand standards . A clean , well appointed room with thoughtful amenities . I was greeted and welcomed as a guest . The woman that checked me in offered assistance and a level of elevated customer service . So far , IhG has consistently made me feel welcome as if I am at home. Painful to write but true. I just moved out of a room I was renting that day because the landlord said I broke the rules . The rules changed based on her moods and verbiage. . No rules or business policies should be set in stone. As a gay American I was happy when I saw the corporate announcement on your site acknowledging your LGBTQ stance and letting your customers and employees know they are valued . Thank you.
We come for the friend wedding. Hotel are so clean and neat . Room was vary nice and service helpful and friendly. I liked a pool also . Quiet place even was a lot of children . I highly recommend this hotel , for people with kids or solo !
Very clean hotel stay. Front desk so helpful and considerate. Kids eat free in restaurant on site. We stay for convenience of being close to Legoland. Many different restaurants and shopping on same street as hotel. Our go to hotel with having yearly passes to legoland
I stayed there for hurricane Ian. I was very impressed at how welcoming the staff was. All the staff did a amazing job for my entire stay. The hotel is very clean and maintained. Overall a wonderful stay.
Great hotel and located super close to food and Legoland. Awesome full service amenities. Family friendly, with great customer service. Clean, and quiet hotel. Would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a hotel room.
