Had reservations and the hotel entered the credit card in properly so the reservation got canceled without notifying me before was canceled and they gave my room away and now I have no room totally unacceptable business ethics!!!!

I don't work there, but drive by there every few days. I am not 100% positive as to the status of all of their rooms, but they look very much open and there is definitely live music in the tiki bar. The only sad part is that the Perky Bat Tower fell over. I know all of the hotels here are encouraging more guests!
