PROS: Place was clean. The owners were very friendly. My unit had portable convection oven, electric roasting pan, coffee maker, hot plate, microwave, toaster, small hair dryer, iron/ board and blender that we didn't use any of. Dishes and Salt in pepper. It is close to the beach and town. CONS: VERY small and very dated. The ONE only TV was...

From the outside, it looks like the perfect place to stay, however, when you get inside it disappointing. The place was clean, but it doesn't appear the owners want to invest in updating anything inside. From the cheap beach chairs that are to uncomfortable to sit on, to the pillows that are older than me. The bathroom was tiny and...

Dear Guest, We are very sorry to hear about your disappointing visit at the Beach Palms of Siesta Key Village in our historical Pink Mango Cottage, built in the mid 1940s. Over the years, the cottage has been renovated several times (e.g. new kitchen cabinets and appliances, tile floors, central air-conditioning, etc.). We would have loved to provide you with...

The Pink Mango Cottage had all the necessities, lovely deck, Jacuzzi, and was one block from the nation's #1 rated beach. Our two dogs had a week in the sun, and it was just a block from the start of quaint, Siesta Key Village. Things like cooking range, hot water for showers, etc. were all as much as one could...

The location is fantastic, right across the road from the public beach access, one street over from the "main drag" of the village. The price is fantastic for such a great location. The reason the price is so great is because the room was not great. We stayed in the beach view suite. Pros: -Roomy with a living room/kitchenette combo...

We have been staying here many years and hope to return for more. The location is perfect, all the cottages and suites are very unique and welcoming, and the owners and staff have always gone above and beyond for us. They have always warmly welcomed us and our 2 small dogs as well as the family that have joined us occasionally. We love...

Each time we've visited Beach Palms, we have enjoyed our accommodations SO VERY MUCH!! However, we stayed in the Beach View Suite this time and IT WAS EVEN BETTER! We could look at the trees and beach each morning as we drank our coffee on our huge patio. We were there during a tropical storm and even felt very safe....

This was my first visit to Siesta Key & was there with my gf from Tampa to celebrate her bday. We stayed in the Beach View Suite (15) & it was perfect! Very clean, and so close to the village & the beach. Our car didn't move until we went to the drum circle Sunday night. Owner was very friendly...

I stayed at Beach Palms in mid-June 2016 with family (we rented two cottages), and we had a great time! The cottages are lovely with that old-Florida vibe, plus they all have a grill and hammock outside which we used a lot. Inside is more spacious than other places I have stayed at Siesta Key, but we were really just...

We've been here three times in the last six years, and always have had good experiences with the cottages and the owners. Calling the cottages 'shabby' is absurd; if the owners renovated this place to include granite counters and high end furniture, they could charge three times the price they're currently listing. These cottages are in the perfect location, are...

We've been guests of the Luenbergers since before Beach Palms ever came to be. Needless to say that Marie Louise, Jorge, & Michael are the ultimate hosts / innkeepers. Over the past 20 years we have stayed in each one of the Beach Palm units & we have our favorites, Beach View Suite & Blue Dolphin Cottage. We tend to...

“The Beach Tree Suite and Beach View Suites both face Beach Road with Beach/access just across the street. You can see the Ocean through the grasses - but does require a walk to get there. Both have a nice brick patio with chaise loungers and table/umbrella for relaxing when not at beach or village.”
