If you want a clean, friendly, relaxing and convenient place to stay. This is it. The property was beautiful. Key West style and extremely clean and quiet. The owners were as friendly as they come. The walk to the beach is 2 minutes and to the village 4 minutes. We will be staying here more in the near future. My...

If you are looking for commercial corporate cookie cutter accommodations - keep looking. If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind fun Key West-ish vibe, this is the place. We have loved this place for so many reasons. The beach is across the road and access couldn't be easier. Siesta Key Village where the shops and restaurants for the entire island...

We just happened upon Beachpoint and made reservations at the end of an earlier vacation impromptu. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the resort in whole. The outside area is beautifully landscaped and has a shaded deck and a sun area. The resort is located directly across the street from one of the Siesta Key beach public accesses...

I am planning a "Mom"s Staycation for Mother's day this year and visited the Beachpoint Resort Saturday and got to preview the rooms and checkout the property before I decide. I was pleasantly surprised and love the property. It has the " old Florida" feel that I love and decorated very beachy and laid back. Guests seems to genuinely love...

Beach point is a laid back, relaxing spot. They welcome pets, kids, family and friends. A spot you can sit outside in the Sun , or under plenty of shady areas and enjoy your cocktail while meeting other fun and likeable guest. There are only 7 units, (8 if the owner is willing to give up his personal living quarters)...

We stayed one night and Stephen was so friendly and helpful. There were a couple unique situations that needed accomodation and he helped us with that. He makes this place special. No hotel would "bend the rules" a bit like he did to help us out. That is worth a lot. We recently stayed at another hotel that wouldn't give...

The rate was $3,000 for one week. Don't be fooled by the resort video - it had to be years old. This resort is horrible. Resort is very run down, outside "furniture" was filthy (complete with dried up old bird poop on one of the tables). All outdoor tables clearly had not been cleaned in months. Some of the chairs...

Beachpoint resort is a very quaint place to stay. The cottages are unique and perfect for our girls getaway. It is a lovely location, walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. The manager, Stephen, is very helpful and accommodating. i have visited twice and had a wonderful visit both times.

This was our second time staying at Beachpoint. Both times were excellent! Stephen and the rest of staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and included a lot of amenities to make us feel right at home. Beachpoint is perfectly located far enough from noise but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops in Siesta Key...

I recently stayed at Beachpoint Resort Cottages with my two children. I was initially very happy to find a place that would accept dogs as we had evacuated our home due to Hurricane Matthew. A couple of things happened during our stay that were very unfortunate and avoidable. It was bad enough that we cut our stay short after two...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
When you vacation at Beachpoint on Siesta Key, you create memories. The eclectic cottages of Beachpoint are only 100 yards from the pure white, sugary sand of Siesta Key Beach. BeachPoint Resort Cottages is one of the very few vacation rental properties with direct access to a private area of the beach accessible primarily by foot or bike. Locals love this quiet and less crowded part of Siesta Beach. Our unique hotel offers eye candy everywhere: colorful cottages set in tropical gardens with vivid flowers, funky local art, large open sun decks and shaded courtyards. Gather with new friends in the courtyard, sunbathe on a deck with an ocean view, or hide away in a shady nook for a quiet read. You are just steps from the water and a short 2 minute stroll from Siesta Village, so you may never need to move your car! In the village you'll find a variety of restaurants and several bars featuring live music. You can shop with the locals for everything from groceries to clothes and shoes, books, souvenirs, and even hardware. And there's a US Post Office right in the local drugstore. All the conveniences are easily accessible, but Siesta Key maintains a feeling of old Florida. Locals treasure our pristine beaches which offer a protected habitat for native island birds, as well as the dolphins, manatees and other aquatic wildlife living just offshore. And each evening, locals and visitors walk or bike to our special part of the beach to see the best sunset views on the key. Once you visit the Beachpoint Cottages, you'll see why so many of our guests come back year after year to vacation with us on Siesta Key. ... more   less
