Loved it so much we bought a time share here. Great old Florida feel nice place to stay and great resturants right around the resort. Great fishing area also. Laid back and great family environment. Every one seems so friendly.

We are not owners there as well. We do a points exchange with RCI. I do know the resort has contact information on units for sale. Try that route. Thanks for asking.

As far as I know they all only have one bathroom. I would call or message the resort to confirm.

Yes, there are alligators in the Indian River but you are more likely to see them in the Sebastian River.
