We visit the beaches of 30A each year. This is one of the best places we've stayed at in the 14 years we've been vacationing in this area. The property is oceanfront/oceanside and it's only 3 floors. To my knowledge there isn't an elevator, we took the steps to the 3rd floor each time. The pool is small but clean.... More

I have to say I'm disappointed. Being from out of state, I expect a realty company to give me all the necessary information. In fairness, they did answer my questions when asked, but being new to this set of condos, there are lots of key things they could have told me that I didn't know to ask about before I... More

You cannot ask for a better beach location. Be selective when choosing a unit at Palms of Seagrove. I've stayed in C14, it's just what you want in a week long condo rental. Beware of unit A8. The smell in A8 is horrible! It's beyond a mold smell...more like a smell of dog pee! It is terrible! Television need updated.... More

This was a long weekend trip for us and we usually stay a few doors down at One Seagrove Place. This was our first time at The Palms condo complex and it was perfect. The owner of this 2nd floor unit is very responsive and you can tell that he uses it personally, it's spotless and has the feel of... More

I came out to Seagrove Beach for some R&R and will say that I enjoyed myself. I had a slight mishap with the washer and dryer, but overall, the visit and location of the units is awesome! Front desk has superb customer service and the maintenance department responds quick to issues.

I was given a 70th birthday gift of one month at the beach (Bucket List) and my wife and I came to Seagrove Beach, FL using Garrett Realty as our contact agent and found the perfect condo to stay in, "A8!" It is perfect for us, a large comfy king size bed, two full bathrooms with plenty of towels, etc..,... More

We were back in Seagrove once again this year - this time for Labor Day rather than Fall break. We were expecting it to be overly crowded but it was more pleasant than we expected. This unit is a great affordable place to stay. Although it seemed full and the parking lot more crowded than usual, it still seems to... More

We stayed here with our two year old. It was easy access right there at the beach. Mostly residential low-rise buildings means the beach isn't crowded. Beautiful views from the condo (we were in A04 on the first floor). Prime location in Seagrove means you are close to all the 30A beaches without the high costs of some. Seaside is... More

We've been coming here for years during fall break. We usually have a great time at this affordable spot with a great location... But this time it is not shaping up great... Our unit has roaches, the DVD player does not work and we've been up half the night listening to the other guests traipse up and down the stairs... More

I was attending a wedding at the nearby Watercolor resort but didn't want to pay their prices. The Palms at Seagrove is a quick 5 min drive to the resort, my unit (C-10) was right on the beach. The unit was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a family with two kids (two bunk beds, king bed in bedroom,... More
