My husband and I have been coming to Sanibel since 1974 and live just an hour North of here. We rent a first floor (Unit #117, the first floor being above the parking garage) Gulf front unit. Wonderfully appointed. Great screen lanai and Sanibel itself is great for a relaxing week for couples or families. Two bedroom 2 bath sleeps... More

This was our first time visiting Sanibel so I didnt know anything about where to stay, but ended up picking Sand Pointe. Great choice! It was in a great location, and the beach was awesome, clean, lots of shells, warm water. Our condo, unit 121, couldnt have been better. Very clean and and plenty of room for our family of... More

Very nice private pool with the complex right on the beach. Quiet location. Parking is directly under building on ground level. Great for your family. Balconies are screened with building 2 having ocean views from all units balconies.

Very nice condos. Swimming pool, kids activities and beach just steps away. Second year here, different condos; reasonable prices. Most have 2 Bdr. 2 Baths. All have a lanai. Quiet atmosphere but our teenagers always find friends here. Island is safe enough to allow children to bike on their own. Love this place.

Loved the location on the island. Lovely beach, dolphins every day. One day the dolphins came right up to the beach and played with us. Unbelievable! Millions of shells. If you are staying here there is no need to check out other beaches. You already live on the best one! You are also very close to grocery store and restaurants... More

This is our 9th visit to Sanibel. We have tried several condo rentals of the years and we keep coming back to Sand Pointe. We usually stay in Building 2 facing the gulf but all units were rented when we were ready to put down our deposit so we ended up in Unit 133 (Building 1, third floor, unit 3).... More

Really enjoyed our week in #225, rented through Sanibel Holiday. Condo is 2BR, 2 bath with foldout couch. Lanai off Living room and Master BR faces the beach... so there is a great, unobstructed view of the waves. Cute and clean furnishings. Beach equipment (chairs, toys, umbrella, towels) included. The condo was well outfitted with two exceptions: Internet was slow... More

Wettest January month on record going back to 1913. They had 13" this January, where the norm is 2"-flooding on streets and parking lots of condos. Cool, wet temps, but nicer than back home. This is not the norm for the month, so we will be back for 2017.

We stayed in 133 Sand Pointe for a week. The condo itself was really nice, and tastefully decorated in beach/shell decor. The unit has 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms and is perfectly situated - the bedrooms both have tvs (no hd, that was a negative) and do not share a common wall (laundry room area and bathroom between). You can't hear a... More

Visited the Pointe Santos Condos the week of Dec. 10-15. Stayed in D4 unit. The condo was very well appointed and was equipped with all the comforts of home, especially the kitchen. We stayed on the screened-in porch enjoying the wonderful weather and relaxing view. Sunsets were breathtaking and we were rewarded with many seashells to bring back to Texas.... More
