We flew to Sanibel on a bit of a whim cuz airfare was super cheap and decided to make this trip as inexpensive as possible overall- to just enjoy the sun and the beach. We stayed in the Pirate Cove unit. For the price ($119/night) we were satisfied. Kitchen was more than adequate. Mattress was hard. Unit was clean. The... More

Washer and dryer on-site for your use at no extra charge. Bikes the same. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels provided. You will not be disappointed when staying here! Already looking forward to... Ron was an amazing host. Took the time to explain everything we could ever need to know about staying in the rooms. They had blenders/good Tommy Bahama beach chairs/ forks & knives/ glasses.. and to top it off the rooms were absolutely spotless.. So nice and clean! They even had ice made for us. Extra pillows in the closets..We liked... More

We stayed in Sandpiper Room #1 last year for our honeymoon and we are going again this year for our anniversary. Everything was perfect. Ron, the owner, was able to accommodate us since we were arriving late after our wedding. The room was nice and spacious, clean, and everything we could have hoped for. There is a fully equipped kitchen... More

I recently stayed here for two nights and thoroughly loved it. I'll definitely return! The room was extremely clean (esp for a beach location). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, cups, etc - everything I could think of wanting. It does have a smaller stove/oven (the unit I was in at least) which was fine - still could... The owner/property manager was extremely nice. The location was great. The rooms were extemely clean and well equipped. The property was well kept and nicely landscaped. The oatios were a nice touch and the laundry facilities were excellent. Ron and Vonda left no stone unturned-ppr towels, dish soap, movies, wi-fi, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, bikes, grill... The list... More

Quiet, close, comfortable and accommodating. We stayed in the Hideaway. It is a back corner unit, with good separation from neighbors. The interior is very comfortable and well kept. Ron is great. He was available daily if needed. He was accommodating to requests. The PalmView is a short, safe walk to the beach.

We stayed 2 weeks in the unit "the pirate cove", witch is (as the other 5 units) a household unit. Everything was clean and convenient! All that we needed to make our visit comfortable was there; from dishwasher, towels, wifi to beach chairs. Outside the unit there is a lot of space to sit, BBQ, or just enjoy. So, though... More

Just left Sanibel and the Palmview. This was our second stay and will definitely be back! Very clean and with a funky and comfortable "beach cottage" vibe. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs and umbrella in the room. Bikes available to use. You are a short walk to a beautiful beach with plenty of shells. Ron is always available for... More

“If there is no duplex, I'd go for that. There was one "duplex" where the units were separated by a banquet hall of sorts. If no banquet was going on, I'd choose to be in one of those units as your neighbor would not be on the other side of your wall. One of those units was closest unit to the street. However, there was not a whole lot of traffic on the street while we were there. Virtually none at night, and one of our nights was New Year's Eve. There was a unit attached to the office that seemed furthest from the street. I might go for that one first.”
