I was called to Florida after Hurricane Michael. As you can imagine, accommodations were scarce. After two days in Pensacola I was able to get a room in the Bayside complex at Sandestin. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, the room had views of the golf course to

Stayed in the Bayside tower. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no desk, and the vending machine took my money, and WIFI was virtually unusable in the room. This is a building in desperate need of upgrading which they appear to have started on the 2nd floor. Room was quiet

We had a horrible stay. My husband was here for a conference. The desk clerks did not know the answers to the most basic questions and did not seem to care. The room smelled of mildew. The furniture was dated and gouged. I would estimate it is at least 40 years old. The chairs

The first room was awful- musty and the painters had places all over the wall where repairs had been made, but not painted. When I complained it took over 4 hours to find another room, which was better, but still no ocean view. Had to cool our feet for 4 hours....not

We entered the room in a run down hotel with limited Bay view due to Palm trees and were quite upset. The room smelled like mold and there were patches on the wall that were not painted. We complained and it took over an hour to find us a new room in another part of the Sandestin grounds. Another employee called ua and told us it would take three hours to get us a new room. Since one cannot check in until 4:00 p.m. that comment was ridiculous. I was unimpressed.
