We had previously stayed here the year before and enjoyed the time so when we were traveling again had no issues booking again. Big mistake... Upon pulling up we were greeted with a giant, unfriendly sign stating NO PETS in no uncertain terms. OK, we had none with us so no problem so far, but it was quite large and...

The welcome was not that warm. The lady was maybe tired, but she was nothing like the other friendly people around. The room was more or less ok, but sheets were not fully clean. For that price, I expect that they are. No breakfast foreseen, but the beach pit is only two minute walk away and there you can have...

This is our third time staying at the hotel. Great location directly on the beach and right in the center of all the happenings on the island. The staff is very friendly, room was clean and comfortable.

I've rented rooms from here before and the service was actually pretty good i stayed on the 300 floor and the maid was lazy and rude. i asked her for towels and she said she didn't have any and i seen her putting towels in other rooms. Also during our stay they did not vacuum my floor or take trash...

Get the beach front rooms with full kitchenette because everything else is hidden by the sand dunes and you can't see the water. There is a great balcony with which to catch the wind, the taste of the sea air, as the sea gulls all blow by you. It is fantastic. The hotel itself is rough looking but a good...

OK, this is not the Ritz.....but it is on the beach and the price was very reasonable. We were working our way down the Florida west coast and decided to spend a night in the St George Island area. Checked this place out on Trip Advisor and still decided to give it a try, showing up on a weekday with...

Our stay was for a family reunion which was planned at the last minute. Worried about staying at the hotel because of previous reviews. We were pleasantly surprised! Our room was clean and was in excellent condition. It is right on the beach. Every morning there were workers out cleaning the pool and patio area. We found it to be...

Hotel is old and could use updates but was clean. There is a pool and you can walk right onto the beach which is a big plus!!!!!! Close to restaurants and shops. Price is reasonable for it to be right on the beach.

To some it up, the maids were even smoking while cleaning the rooms. The hotel property and beach areas are used as one big ashtray and garbage can. While the management is friendly, they should take responsibility for the condition of the grounds and the policies. While it says no smoking on the rooms, they have placed ash bins all...

I booked our stay here not expecting much.... When we first arrived I was slightly nervous about the outside appearance, but I was very pleasantly surprised when we got our room. The room was large, clean, and the view was amazing! Our main purpose of the room was to shower and sleep. Now, the housekeeping was awful. They did not...
