Hotel was ok. Needs major remodeling. Pillows very small. I needed 3 to be comfortable. Had to be relocated twice from my room . Once for strong musty smell and once for shower not working . They redeemed themselves by issuing a small credit upon checkout . Staff super nice!! Breakfast very good. Hot and fresh. Grounds of hotel were...

booked this through travelocity and my reservations got mixed up for one of the rooms, however she was able to fix the matter by offering a different type of room with a rollaway to accomodate, she did adjust the price for the mixup. the downside was the description said breakfast bar and should have said continental breakfast..although was good. ex:ham,biscuit,gravy,eggs,...

Very friendly service. Found this on accident. Pretty nice rooms. Very nice property. Beds are comfortable the sound of the fountain in front is very calming. I'm actually glad everything else was sold out. We would have never found this place. We are definitely coming back

Great deal on a weekend stay. Although it's a pet friendly hotel, the facility is a clean one. The hotel is very strict with check in and out times. The free breakfast was good with a variety of choices (they have a cool make it yourself waffle machine.) The location of the hotel is about 20min away right off the...

We were trying to book a room near Old City in St Augustine but while the room rate wasn't too bad - the taxes were ridiculous. We found this hotel through Expedia and the taxes were low. The hotel has both an indoor and outdoor pool but neither one was heated so we didn't use them. The description said there...

We were in town for a golf tournament and this was advertised as a "resort". I have traveled to many resorts and this is simply an old, run down hotel. It was right at $150 a night because of the holiday weekend and was not worth but about half of that!! The hotel is old and not renovated. The room...

The St. Augustine Hotel and Suites is what I would call a "Grand" hotel. Not only is it a large hotel, but a beautiful one. The property spreads out over several acres and the wild life (birds and small critters) are fun to watch. The staff members were very accommodating. The room had two queen size beds plus a sofa...

Ok, first off, this is an aging property. So, be warned... BUT, this property has great value for your dollar. Downsides - staff isn't very outgoing or friendly... Just kinda plugging along and not helpful nor engaging, but for sure not rude. The carpets are ancient and smell like wet dog, mostly after a recent rain. Also, the bed had...

The room was clean and comfortable; could use updating. The staff was courteous. It was easy to get to historic St. Augustine, restaurants, and other amenities. Breakfast was standard; for us, access to family was important.

We stayed at this hotel on an overnight stop while driving down to Fort Lauderdale from Toronto. The hotel is just off the highway so it is convenient. However if you want the restaurants and shops of downtown, this is about 15 minutes from that area. For us, we just needed a place to stop for the evening. The double...
