We booked this stay only a week or so out of July 4 weekend. We figured we would get what we paid for. Absolutely blown away on how clean the room was, how at home and safe we felt, and at how friendly every staff member was. More than one of the staff even knew us on a first name... More

As a resident of St Augustine, I frequently have friends and family visit. My 84 yr old mother visited last year, and I made the mistake of putting her up in another hotel, and got an ear full of complaints. This time I booked her into this hotel, no grief! She loved the staff, enjoyed the breakfast, and was pleased... More

Let's get the negatives out of the way: Although technically in the historic district, it's about 3/4 of a mile to get there and the location is not conducive to walking as you have to cross U.S 1, a busy 6 lane highway with no crosswalks in the area of the hotel. I did it once during our stay but... More

My family has stayed here 2 times and both times were treated with exceptional service, and the hot breakfast is delicious. Hotel is within biking/walking distance to every attraction in historic downtown and will save you the parking fees by staying there.

We all stayed here for our son's wedding and the rooms were great--the housekeeper even had a towel swan on the sink! What a nice touch! The manager, Fred, was very helpful--allowing me to stay in our room longer when our car was being repaired. Also, he helped us find a Honda dealership to repair our car. Located very close... More

I had a recent stay at Quality Inn on Ponce De Leon Blvd. in St. Augustine Florida (May 2014 ) with my sister and niece. My sister is a resident of Florida and had previously stayed at this Quality Inn on several occasions. We asked for a quiet room, away from other guests. Instead, we were placed next to a... More
