Staff went out of their way to be helpful! Very friendly. Great value for a decent room and breakfast. There is some construction noise during the day, but we went out to enjoy the town and it wasn't a problem. It is close enough to walk to the old city or the Red Train staff will come pick you up...

Price was right, but there was a reason. The hotel is under construction, and they put us right on top of it. Also, there is a freight train that passes immediately behind the hotel nightly. The front side is fine, near the pool where there is no construction or train. DO NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST SAUSAGE! I had the most...

This is one of the rooms that have been redone. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful. Very roomy, and I love the option of two different shower heads. Extremely clean, and very convenient with the small fridge and microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was wonderful. I mention this because sometimes the connection is so bad...

The hotel is not what I expected. The pictures did not match the reality. They are remodeling the hotel and t was too noisy. The contraction people could be seen outside their rooms in underwear. The first room that they gave me has carpet and it was stained. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the hotel and...

We checked out after 1 night. My boyfriend & I arrived in the evening. As soon as we walked into the room a musty, dirty smell hit us. My boyfriend turned on the AC hopeing to get some air circulating. We dropped our bags & went to eat. We returned several hours later. The room still smelled awful. I went...

This was a great choice of hotels for my husband and I, it was affordable, clean, friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast was really nice and would save a family of 4 at least $30.00 a day..I would recommend this hotel to everyone and we will stay there again...

Nice renovated hotel, very clean nice front desk people, very good breakfast compared to other hotels, walking distance to old city, fountain of youth and other attractions like the San Marcos castle. Dont accept the rooms in the back since the train passes by every 40 min and is noisy.

Decent place for visiting St. Augustine. Walking distance from the centre, rooms are clean and it includes breakfast. They have an outside pool where you can hang out. Not a lot to say more other than to mention the friendly staff.

The only reason this hotel received one star is because of the staff. We would never stay here again!!! The bathroom had a mold spot by the bathtub faucet and the vent fan wasn't working in the bathroom. We would have gone somewhere else but anything that was available was out of our price range. Or room and every room...
