This Inn is a true gem and short walk to the historic area. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast and social hour. We did not get a waterfront room but we were out and about so much I didn't really miss it. The only negative was the street lights would blare through the window blinds at night to the point it...

The staff was nice and the room was clean. Each morning we had a wonderful home cooked breakfast. The hotel does not have an ice machine which is kind of strange. You could get a small bag with ice upon request from the front desk.

We read the glowing reviews and had to try the Edgewater and boy were we happy we did. It is located across the Lions Bridge on Anatasia Island. A really enjoyable 5-7 minute walk across the bridge and you are smack dab in the middle of historic St. Augustine. It is literally a perfect location. Once over the bridge you...

We were blown away at what an awesome place the Edgewater inn is. Location is ideal- park your car and walk everywhere. Watch the sunset over the river from the back deck while enjoying a free glass of wine and snacks. Breakfast is included with your room and is available from 7:30-9:30 daily. This is not your typical free breakfast....

I booked this hotel for Aug 5 - Aug 6 as I was spending the night in St. Augustine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had room 117 which does not have direct access to the boardwalk but we were told that the boardwalk was available for all rooms to use. I walked to the boardwalk...

Small motel about 10 min walk from downrown. Free parking friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast and also happy hour in the afternoon. Good room though ours was not facing the front/ river. A/c a bit noisy. Easy to reach by car. St Augustine nice, easy to walk around, but somewhat touristy but with some great historic buildings.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our friends. The rooms were lovely. The gal we interacted with the most was a woman named Kristin. She was so helpful in terms of suggestions on restaurants and info on the town. It was just over the bridge to St. Augustine and we could walk the bridge as opposed to driving and...

My wife and stayed here while in St. Augustine for a concert. The amphitheater is just five minutes away. As are several great restaurants. Just across the bridge from the historic district, the location can't be beat. Rooms are super clean and comfy, and we loved sitting on the deck out back enjoying the river view. Breakfast was also great,...

I had heard good things about this hotel. They have a sister property next door where many of our boater friends park their boats and stay the weekend. We had tickets to a concert at the Amphitheater and this hotel was perfectly situated between the concert venue and downtown St. Augustine. We unexpectedly met several other hotel guests also going...
