There is no Wi-Fi. Tried numerous times to get on the CRC Wi-Fi to no avail. The office claims that the Wi-Fi is overloaded. That may be so, but they are not interested in getting more bandwidth and equipment to fix that issue. No one I asked could get CRC provided Wi-Fi. But, I was able to get 4G Internet... More

We have friends who love the condos in building one and two, but building three has it all, especially if you are on floors 2,3, or 4. The beautiful views from the moment walk in are impossible to forget. You can be in the kitchen, the master, the dining area, the living room and the patio and see ocean, pool... More

We were in Unit 2110 which was recently renovated and spotlessly clean upon arrival. This was a ground floor unit which is convenient to the large grassy courtyard. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. There is a very large pool as well as a kiddie pool and hot tub. The common areas are very nice and well maintained.... More

The rental company (Vacation Rental Pros) did a horrible job with everything from communication to logistics and customer service. They sent an email after we already left home trying to contact us about our reservation instead of calling even though they had our cell number. The email contained no information. Just a call back number which was manned by a... More

We stayed for four nights in Unit 1407. The beach, the grounds, and the outdoor pool are all beautiful. This unit, however, is in serious need of an overhaul. The air conditioner didn't work the entire time, so the unit got fairly stuffy at night in particular, and the maintenance staff was unable to get it fixed...or return calls or... More

Unit 1410 was great for us - nothing fancy but for 3 BR, 2BA and the bonus of free parking in downtown St Augustine at their rental office, excellent deal! Just be aware - you will be looking at yourself all the time. More mirrors than a fun house. Overall, dated decor but nice kitchen - all the conveniences, great... More

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was beautiful, loved the beach, but BEWARE of the Property manager, Amy Troupin. Went to find out why the connection with the internet was shaky and cable kept going out, she couldn't keep her eyes off my husband. Constantly flirting with him, giggling like a child with a crush which was so unprofessional and... More

Room 1202, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sea view apartment, from pictures sent to us, a wrap around balcony with both a beach and pool view was expected however upon arrival, this was actually the apartment nextdoor, but we still had the most gorgeous sea view. All very clean bar some pans and slightly rusting steak knives. One issue was... More
