Beautiful historical home 1895. The owners were there to give you any needed information. A pleasant experience. Great breakfast. Coffee and drinks were always available. There was always snacks available too. Fresh homemade goodies.

Wonderful place, great value and location. Hospitality top notch. The breakfast's are the best I have had in my 60 years. We are repeat guests and would never chose another B&B. Without a doubt visit once and you will also be a regular.

Located on a quiet one lane street just a few blocks from the noisier tourist streets this B and B is what you want away from the chain hotels. Don't expect a big modern bathroom, after all it is an old Victorian house which is why you want to stay there.

We had a wonderful anniversary weekend. The room was larger than it looked in the picture, and breakfast was beyond filling. Anthony and the staff were amazing. Easy walk everywhere including winery and distillery, Ripley's, and waterfront. We'll be back!

The stay was great. A little pricey but that is to be expected for a place like this. Location is far enough away from the heart of the city to avoid night life raucous but close enough to make any journey on foot bearable. The staff was very attentive. Off site parking was unconventional but understandable, as the city is... More

This was our fourth visit at Victorian House and we have stayed in different rooms each time. They are lovely and the innkeepers are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. I cannot wait for our next visit.

We stayed at the Victorian House last year. Our experience was just wonderful and we decided to return this year. Once again Anthony and Marilyn attended to our every need and we had a repeat outstanding experience. In fact, one night I was experiencing some indigestion and Anthony went out and got me a package of antacid tablets!

Despite hurricane Matthew, St. Augustine was more than ready for tourists when we arrived on October 22nd. This was our second visit to this fantastic city. The Victorian House Inn is in a great location. Anthony and Marilyn were outstanding and very accommodating. We stayed for three nights and experienced three varied and delicious breakfasts. We would definitely stay at... More
