Their Blue Crab Corn Chowder lived up to the high expectation and all our entrees were very good and presented very nicely. The seafood was exceptional. Also, our waitress, Rebecca, was very good. It is a popular place for dinner; and, at least during the time we were visiting Pine Island, you need a reservation. However, the atmosphere is comfortable...

We found this by Cabbage Key inn, they sent us over here for the weekend. We were looking for a relaxing weekend away for no kids. This place was perfect. The only sounds were the birds and sounds of the waves. The staff was so nice, and helpful in every way. The food was great, even for lunch. Looking forward...

This Old Historic Lodge Restaurant is out of the way, but well worth the trip. A trip here by boat is also a great alternative. The service staff are very hospitable, and friendly. The prices are a little on the expensive side, but the food is good, the service is great, and the Waterfront location is breath-taking. Seafood seems to...

Historic Tarpon Lodge, is pleasant place. The food was very good. The blue crab and corn chowder was delicious, the tarpon salad was first rate. Spouse loved the Cuban sandwich saying it was the best. Fish tacos had big pieces of fish and were delicious. Needless to say the key.lime pie yummy! Service was good too.

I can't speak for the lodges as we did not stay there, but for the restaurant, whether it be lunch or dinner, the cuisine is always fresh, plentiful and beautifully presented. Throw in very good service, a beautiful setting (particularly at sunset) and you have all of the ingredients for a wonderful dining experience. This was our fourth visit and...

All the raving reviews on Trip Advisor prompted us to go to the Tarpon Lodge for lunch. However, our experience was really disappointing. Firstly, it took an extra half hour to get there through the traffic jam in Matlacha. Upon arrival we were able to choose a parking spot very close to the front door. The hostess told us if...

Some friends and I boated to Pine Island from Sanibel and had lunch at Tarpon Lodge". It sits along the water so the view with the green grass and water is beautiful. The building has some of the original floors, etc from the old fishing shack that stood there many years before. It's a very nice restaurant and the wait...

We went to dinner and timed our reservation with the sunset. it was outstanding and our waitress Marcy was so nice and went outside and took our picture. The service was outstanding and the food was really excellent. It is a little pricey but worth it and they do have a few lighter fare items. My only complaint was with...

We heard about this place and took the drive out to this secluded spot with another couple - very pretty setting. Small dining room but adequate. Their crab and corn chowder is delicious - don't miss it - $5/cup. I had crab cake sliders which were very good although they could have been cooked a little more. Our friend ordered...

Most SW Florida visitors are unaware of Tarpon Lodge Restaurant , an elegant reminder of a time when life was lived at a slower pace. Appetizers, salads, chowder, entrées, you can't miss. The sunset view, almost at sea level, is breathtaking.
