Pros: Location, Hot Breakfast, Room clean, front desk & breakfast staff friendly Cons: 1 elevator that made a loud bang every time it got to ground floor, elevator walls were dirty looking, not sure of other events but hotel was full and lots of loud kids in pool & halls at night, walls were thin. Would stay again if needed, but prefer Hampton Inn by Airport
I just stayed a night on my way from Texas to Florida. We had 2 rooms, one was a 2 Queens Suite and another was the 1 King Suite. I would definitely recommend the 2 Queens Suite. Clean, comfortable after a long day's drive and front desk was accommodating. Everything went smoothly. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.
Everything was awesome. With the start of spring break in Florida I was attending a conference nearby. There were no late night parties to complain about. The young people who participated in the SBConference B-ball we’re polite and quiet!
Was visiting Pensacola to delivery my daughter's car, she is stationed at Corry Station with the Navy. This location was close and around great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was very well presented and if you go, I hope you encounter Fran, she did an amazing job keeping up with the flow of people and was very friendly.
My first time in the city as well as the Comfort Inn and it was freshening. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful . Everyone made me feel welcomed and wanted. The management team is wonderful. The hotel was very clean and inviting from the campus to the rooms.I certainly will advise my family, friends, and co-workers to stay here and I'm looking forward to future stays when I'm in town. Oh,did I mention the bed!..,lol...big smile...too dreamy...after a long night at work..it was heaven.:)
Great location for having to catch an early flight! The room was very comfortable and breakfast was very good! Personal we’re very polite and helpful. They gave me information on how to get my Hilton Honors on my phone.
My husband and I went to Pensacola to pick up our daughter from Pensacola Christian College. Hampton Inn is our choice hotel to stay in. The recent renovations are nice. They are replacing the fridge and microwaves and the window dressings. But the mattresses definitely need to be replaced. They are to hard. I barely got any sleep and my back was hurting. My 19 year old daughter was complaining about her back too!
We were traveling west through Florida and decided to stay at the Hampton Inn I-10 North. Staff were welcoming and friendly, the hotel was clean and well maintained, even with a renovation going on, and the free breakfast was good
My husband and I had a terrific stay of 4 nights at this hotel. All staff and management were outstanding; very professional and so helpful and friendly in the midst of a renovation. Clean and generous amenities in our room. Tasty and varied menu for breakfasts. C&R Stuart
Location was still 10-15 min from UWF and not any where local to walk, had to drive. Didn’t feel very safe at night. Clean and comfortable as Hamptons usually are. Breakfast HB eggs were a month past expiration and although many options most had meat sugar and gluten. Was hoping for nicer area for price we paid. 20-30 min drive to beaches.
