Old, worn and dirty facilities. Service was well below Hyatt standards. People were very nice, but inattentive to basic requests. Breakfast food was cold, eggs resembled shoe leather. Pillows might as well have been made of stone. I’ll go to greater lengths next time to not stay here.
I chose Hyatt for the Free breakfast they advertised in the Emails I received as 6-10 am. Went to breakfast at 9:05am taken down. Had to go pay $20. for breakfast for 2. Largest roach I ever saw in room.
The hotel location is directly across from the airport. Breakfast is fine with several hot options included. The staff was friendly but the rooms were dated and worn. For the price it is a little bit underwhelming. I think with a fresh renovation it could definitely be a promising hotel though.
Overall, we had a good stay. The best part of the hotel is the breakfast! The lady manning the station and the food were great. When we made our reservation, we added the "early check-in" option. However when we arrived there wasn't a room. After a short talk with the manager, the problem was quickly resolved. The manager and the lady working the front desk were very apologetic and helpful. The inside pool ared was fine other than needing more ventalitation. The patio area needed some TLC. The workout area was clean and fit the needs of my football player to get his exercise in. The room was clean. Noisy AC and hard pillows but, as I stated earlier, it was clean. We would stay again.
This was the first stop on our 17 days, 11 states, 6 cities road trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The buffet breakfast was warm, and the pool is lovely. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We never did hear the planes, but we did see the Blue Angel. The only caveat is that the Hyatt Place brand has decided not to supply body wash!
When first entering, the hotel does not smell clean. The whole entire hotel did not smell good, was very stinky. The room smelled as if a whole bottle of cologne was sprayed throughout the room to mask a smell. The carpet in the bedroom was STICKY. The shower was dirty, the bathroom mirror was dirty. The outside of the hotel is even moldy. Should’ve been a sign as to what the inside was going to look like. There was blood on the floor in front of the elevator and in the elevator to the left. This entire hotel needs a good deep clean. Also want to add that the AC vent in the bedroom is in a terrible place and the room was hot! We will never stay here again and will never recommend. This is the first Hyatt we’ve stayed at that was not clean and smelled bad.
The staff is out of this world as far as being kind and helpful! The room didn’t cool down very well but maintenance was amazing trying to fix it. The queen beds were comfy but the hideaway bed is not something anyone would want to sleep on. All in all it was a good stay and perfect location when flying out super early.
I booked this hotel because we were getting in late (12 am) and they offered a shuttle from the airport..called to get shuttle and she suggested I walk because it’s only 2 minutes. With bags it was not 2 minutes and I thought it was rude of her to suggest it since they clearly offer the shuttle on their advertising. Told the guy at front desk that I wouldn’t suggest to people to walk. He didn’t apologize or try to make it right. Take the shuttle. Rooms were fine.
You could feel that the hotel employees were there to serve you and make your visit pleasant and enjoyable while you are here. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel is next to the airport but , I did not hear planes landing or leaving.
Extremely dirty and old hotel. I thought it would be nice since it’s a Hyatt. No, extremely old and you can tell it hasn’t been taken care of. Room was not clean when we first went in. Second room they gave us wasn’t much better. I won’t be staying here again and I regret booking here.
