All of the hotel staff, everyone that works there is wonderful! They are kind, helpful, patient. They will help you in any way. It is very quiet and peaceful there. It is a good place to stay. This Red Roof at 2200 Corporate plaza in Smyrna Ga. is a really nice place to stay.
This supposed “smoke free faculty” is completely ignored with the smell of smoke and bleach absolutely everywhere. Management is to incompetent to call out smokers or actually care about any sort of customer satisfaction or concern. We checked in, they had the wrong reservation. We got to our room, the room was a complete dump with the beds not made, dirty towels, dirty diapers, cigarettes and old fast food absolutely everywhere. We did eventually get another room, although the manager rolled her eyes in sarcasm when we dare expected to have a clean room to walk into. The “improved” room had mold, dirty floors, and a toilet so small, most toddlers would be to big for it. Getting in/out of the hotel is inconvenient. The hotel is in a sketchy area with people hanging out in the parking lot late at night doing God knows what. I read other reviews about drug deals, fights and even break ins in the parking lot. Although I didn’t personally experience any of that, these stories wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest. With COVID concerns through the nation, these people don’t give a DAMN about cleanliness. Please stay at a different hotel in Pensacola! Only two small towels for a 4 night stay??! Get freaking serious...…
We spent three nights here while in the area. The hotel was basically clean and comfortable. The location is near many restaurants and amenities. Staff members were helpful and friendly. The place is a little worn but our room wasn’t too bad.
Maureen was fantastic in helping me during my trip. She was friendly and helpful. I traveled with a dog and the property was clean and well lit. I have stayed here a few times and have found it to be a good hotel to stay in while on a road trip.
I was warmly welcomed by every employee I encountered. Everyone went out if their way to assist me in my travels. Lee had coffee and helped me when I had trouble with my app and Brandi went above & beyond to accommodate my stay.
