We booked this hotel due to it being pet friendly, it's location and the reviews on it. The hotel was easy to access from the highway and the check in process was easy. We have 2 small dogs, even though we hate paying extra for them at this hotel it was minimal. Our room was on the main floor, and it was very quiet. The hotel room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was a good size, we had nice thick clean bath towels, hand towels, face towels and two little bars of soap. There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion, the front desk advised that they do not supply these items but, thankfully I had those items with me as I needed them at our final destination. The living area had nice new floors a super comfortable king size bed and 3 nice thick pillows (yes 3 not 4). We had a big screen TV, and ample counter space, there was no dresser but there were cubby holes and a closet if one would need it. There was a full size fridge which was nice but we really didn't need it for our short stay. There was a bar sink, dish and tea towels but no dishes, cutlery or dish soap. Our toaster was brand new and we set off our in room smoke detector in our room when we used it, thank goodness we didn't set off the main system... The area outside was decent, we took the dogs out at night and didn't feel unsafe at all. The staff were friendly and we would stay here again if we were in that area.…
The breakfast of egg, biscuits n gravy, sausage, grits, n waffles, and Jasper, the maintenance guy/cook/server was the best part of the stay. Give the man a raise! Jasper had a smile and kind word even though the motel was full, staff limited and supplies lacking. There were items needing fixed and the strawberry fragrance in the nonsmoking room was overwhelming, but the pool was in use.
Firstly we were not notified that there was renovations going on in the hotel. We arrived and there was the big metal dumpsters in the parking lot and furniture sitting outside the lobby. Also all the doors to the rooms had the room number written on blue duct tape, no fitted sheet on the beds but I have to say they were very comfortable. The grab and go breakfast only consisted of prewrapped muffins and orange juice even though there was a toaster and waffle maker but no bread or mix.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Checking was quick..vending machines were working! The rooms were very clean, spic and span throughout the motel. Standard Covid-19 breakfast...grab n go pastries individually wrapped. Definitely stay again
We use Comfort and Quality Inn quite often along with other hotel stays. This Quality is a very good deal and very nice. Had no complaints at all. The bed is very very comfortable. The bathroom and shower equal to my expectations. No disappointments. Recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a great price and a very good value. Thank you Quality Inn Pensacola West for a great stay.
The staff was very friendly and had a very positive attitude. The price was reasonable and there is plenty of parking. The hotel is located not far off i-10. Nice clean room and very quiet even though my room faced the road.
This was a clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. Good shower head with hot water. Comfortable king bed. Minimal breakfast due to covid restrictions. Quiet digital thermostat on the ac. Enjoyed our room and a great value for the area. Cracker Barrel nearby.
This hotel was excellent for the price paid. Very clean, some nice updates, friendly and accomadating staff. It was just what we needed for a night before heading down to the beach. We used the laundry and ice machine. The pool looked inviting though we didn't get to use it. Breakfast was similar to the other hotels in which we have stayed recently.
Out of 5 stars giving this property only 1!! The one star is for the positive attitude and professionalism of the front desk staff. The property was dirty and not well maintained. The comforter on the bed had several stains that were very noticeable. Called the front desk and someone came right up to change the stained comforter. Her response was “we keep telling our boss to get rid of these nasty ones.” The overall appearance of the room was just ran down and not well kept. The towels also had stains. Our room was directly above the pool area. The pool is open until midnight. Needless to say going to bed at 10 or 11 was pointless. The last night of our stay was exceptionally bad. There were at least 20-25 people in the pool area (most of them were not even guests). They were extremely loud both outside at the pool and inside the hotel. Called the front desk. The desk clerk was very kind. Finally about 3 a.m. things quieted down enough to get some sleep. During checkout discussed all the above issues. There was no discount or solution offered. Have tried to reach out to the property manager. No response. Bottom line is the hotel is overpriced, dirty, and not customer friendly. Find another place to stay.…
Comfortable beds, clean room, and we'll appointed. The room has a coffee pot, safe, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, alarm clock, computer desk, and a chair for sitting and reading. The breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, waffles, cereal, toast and more. The hotel has a nice pool, and decent fitness center. You get a 5 star feel, at a 4 star hotel! I gave it 4 stars because I am honest, a 5 star hotel would have concierge, and more. If you are looking for a great budget hotel, look no farther! This is a very nice place to stay.
