If you stay definitely don't get anything but a gulf side room. We upgraded to a partial view and was somewhat disappointed with the traffic noise and wind from the street side. We stayed in the off season and it was loud with dogs barking all of the time. There is plenty for a family and it is affordable.

Our room had a great view of the beach. The kids enjoyed the heated pools. The staff was very friendly. Only down side was that some renovations were being done and they would start early in the morning which would wake us up, but it's understandable that renovations must some during off season. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can't...

They were able to accommodate our motor home while we stayed with them which was a big help. Everything was within walking distance. Prices for food and drink were awesome (especially after spending a week at Disney). The whole place had a nice friendly vibe to it. We will be back.

Rooms were very small, and old. Fairly clean, but killed a few roaches and spiders. Good view of the gulf, and nice patio area. It was noisy due to construction, but not very crowded due to it being off season.

Good that there was a special on (book 2 nights get 3rd free). I believe that the $20 per night fee (to a max of $100 per week) for a pet was too steep. Clerk indicated it was charged because of insurance, but I question that excuse. We were put in a room where wifi connection was spotty at most...

We came to Panama City for a show and we loved how even in the winter months they kept the place fun. Great indoor pool and lazy river. Nice feature is you actually get to keep your room keys as a souvenir
