We stayed a week in a corner unit on the 7th floor (707 I think). The condo was very nice with updated appliances, oversized showerheads, plenty of room, and one of the best views in the hotel. We were not too high and not too...More
For what we paid for our condo we were expecting the rooms to be much nicer and cleaner. The view was great, what was not great was the fact that the floors were disgusting the dishwasher did not work at all. I am not sure...More
We learned to overlook the lack of housekeeping. The property is amazing and the view priceless. However, for the cost I paid, I would have expected better housekeeping. We were in unit 308.

To be honest... I was a little concerned after reading reviews, but everything was wonderful! We were there the same week as some of the other reviewers and did not have the same experience. We were able to get our set of beach chairs daily...More

If is recall check in is after 3 and check out is around noon. The problem we encountered was that the front seat staff close the desk at 5pm, so technically you have only a two hour time span to get checked in. So if your flight is delayed or you hit traffic there isn't anyone there to help. They have an after hours lock box for "late" arrivals (after a mere two hours of letting people check in) that is accessible near the front door but it's a process that involves security guards and 800numbers to get your keys. Then you have to check in the. Ext day when the front desk is open again. Very silly!!
