I have stayed at this hotel previously for a fishing tournament and was excited to come back and bring guests with me but the service levels and property have deteriorated greatly since our last visit. Our reservations (booked in October) were lost. I had left my confirmation in my other car in Atlanta and the guest services representative was incredibly...

We are inside as there was a wait outside and they don't accommodate any more than 5 outside. It is a bit loud indoors. We had some good dishes, seafood. I had the conch chowder which was mild and tasty. I also had the conch salad which was very tasty. Their coffee was also quite good. $50 for two.

This is the quintessential spot in Singer Island, great restaurant sitting on the marina. Awesome gift shop and on Thursday nights it's full of local artisans. We come here every year sometimes twice a year ,always have a breakfast or two and dinner outside overlooking the marina. Thursday night is a local tradition with town artists setting up their wares outside...

Window ac unit does not cool entire room- called front desk - someone showed up and fixed it 2 days later Parking is horrible- no assigned parking for motel guests so all the patrons from the restaurant use the motel parking. Toilet leaked called the front desk nothing was done. Freezer was so frozen - had not been defrosted in...

Over the hotel is okay... I wouldn't think of it as a resort... It's more like a motel. Stayed in the Barracuda Room. Rooms - very dated all over, thin uncomfortable mattress, very old scratchy sheets and comforter, bathroom and room were clean. Door to room had one key and a flimsy door.. Didn't feel the safest plus the parking...

Food in the marina restaurant is ok but the service, location right on the inter coastal gives an extra perk, stunning sunsets, abundance and variety of fish makes it quite attractive if you're up for fishing and they have a weekly art & craft festival right on the marina waterfront every Thursday from 4:30 to 9:30 pm where you'll find...

Nice gift shop and lovely views. Took the boat tour along West Palm Beach and it was really lovely looking at the beautiful homes and hearing the history of the area. Our tour guide was very humorous and informative. A beautiful way to see the area. We didn't stay at the hotel or eat at the restaurant.

Take the tour boat passing lush palm beach rich famous & criminal homes. Commentary interesting! Restaurant has good food but need to bring back hard shell fish tacos. Soft doesn't do it! Great sunsets.

We have been going to sailfish marina for years. But this year, they have expanded their menu and they are mobbed. The staff are all cheerful, efficient and friendly, but the noise level is very high and with taped music is just plain too noisy. The prices seem to have doubled too and they now add more cheap sides than...
