Attended the Kappa Klassics Inaugural Golf Tournament at PGA. The course was well maintained and the hotel rooms were really nice. The bed linen was luxurious so I slept really well, much needed after a round of golf, drinking, dining, partying and staying up late a few nights in a row. The steak restaurant is really overpriced but the quality...

Thank you Marty for your business and your comments. We try and exceed everyone's expectations that come to PGA so I apologize if we came up short in a couple areas. I will review with our lead team to ensure they regroup with our valet team.

We use to come here for weekend getaways and it has been a while. The grounds are beautiful but the inside is dated. Spa and pool area extremely crowded. They are selling Groupon and it is brining in tons of local people. No pool chairs for us and we were paying to stay at resort. Food and beverage prices extremely...

If you are thinking of staying during the Honda Classic there are some things I wish the hotel had been upfront and clear about. We are seasoned sports event travellers, we have stayed in event hotels all over the world for golf, soccer, rugby, motor racing so we understand that it will be busy. Because of this we researched on...

We are at this resort for 3 nights and we were all excited about going to the pool and having specialty drinks like Pina Coladas etc and for the 3rd day in a row they don't have the ingredients! Not what you would expect from a resort such as this. Will not be returning!!

I have stayed at this location many times but this time was by fare one of the best stays I have had. Everyone did exceptional. From Alex in reservation department to Victoria in the Spa area. This is probably one of the single most busiest time of the year for this hotel and things were nearly perfect my entire stay....

We checked in a little after noon suspecting that our room probably wasn't ready with a 4pm check-in time. However, the treatment we had to endure was very unreasonable. We returned at 3:30pm to see if our room was ready but were greeted with arrogance and indifference as both Caitlin and Elizabeth did absolutely nothing to expedite our room request....

My mom planned a last-minute trip to Florida to celebrate my birthday and she booked this hotel not really knowing much about the resort. We had such an enjoyable weekend! We were there the weekend leading up to the Honda Classic, so the property was very busy getting ready for the tournament. Even though there was a lot going on,...
