Keisha and Anna were an absolute joy to deal with at the front desk. We had been thru hell and back at the airport and missed a connecting flight. This left us stick at the airport at 12:30 AM with no where to go. Keisha immediately checked us in and provided empathy for our hard day. The hotel room was large and clean with very comfortable bedding. The customer service at this hotel was SPOT ON. Also the hotel is located in a great area that is close to many restaurants and 8 miles from the airport. I will definitely stay there again!
We stayed three nights here for a family event and were extremely pleased with both the comfort of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Good breakfast buffet including waffles and eggs, bacon, oatmeal, pastries, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and while they don’t provide fresh towels every day you can pick up as many as you want from the front office. Didn’t use the pool but other family members did and said it was very good. They are extremely accommodating at the front desk; in fact, when I got there I realized that I had double booked a reservation and instead of charging me for the second one they just canceled it at no charge! It’s the perfect location if you need to be at Orlando regional medical center or if you just want somewhere central to downtown Orlando. Highly recommended!…
Key issues (both digital and hard copy). Req’d for entry/exit to parking, lobby, to operate elevator…Until they resolve, I’d suggest finding another location. Luckily we were only there for one night—had an appt at the Children’s hospital. Would’ve probably checked out early if we have to stay longer, just due to the inconvenience and frustration of intermittent keys.
Total disaster if a hotel for being relatively new. Digital key didn’t work in the elevators, had to get a regular key, which defeated the purpose, bed was hard as a rock, no USB ports in rooms like in other Hilton properties, hand sanitizer out on several occasions breaking their ,”Clean Stay” pledge, eggs watery and just gross looking, employees not knowing how to assist, lobby being locked down at night to where you have to go down and key guests in. They cannot just come to your room. And again, the use of a key to get in the lobby in the evening because the digital key did not work. Felt like a prison more than a hotel. Plus, the location is horrible
I accidentally booked the wrong room. The front desk clerk was more than helpful and assisted me with getting the correct room. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel super comfortable even after making a mistake
