We stayed at this hotel before we started our travels with the family. The dining room was excellent and fairly priced. Good service and good food. The hotel was an excellent choice, but a bit more expensive than we usually pay.

We selected this hotel due to it being close the Winter Park Art Festival. I am a Hilton rewards member and would state this hotel is barely average. Though clean, it needs some renovation, especially the furniture. Great location, except for the Interstate traffic could easily be heard, all night, and we were on the 15th floor. Check in was quick and easy, with ample personnel at the front desk. However, checking out the next morning, only one person at the front desk, with several guests attempting to check out.

Not a bad place but when I went to check out at 4am for an early flight, there was no person to help with bags and not a single luggage cart. As the people at the front desk watched, with no offer of assistance, I made several trips to bring my luggage down by hand. Find somewhere that cares, those folks could care less.

My family and I booked two nights at this hotel last minute after our flights home got cancelled. After one of the most stressful and exhausting days of my life, the staff at this hotel went out of their way, above and beyond, to help us and make us comfortable. Jennifer at the front desk was one of the kindest, most hospitable women I have ever had the pressure of dealing with in all my travels. She was compassionate and kind and truly went above and beyond for my family. After such a difficult day at the airport, it was exactly the customer service we needed. She is truly an asset to the Hilton brand. The day of our checkout, Yani at the front desk was incredibly helpful and also provide top notch costumer service. Because of Jennifer and Yani's customer service and attention to detail, I am now a Hilton Honors member for life!
