Confusion at check-in, though we had a detailed print-out of our reservation; 1 luggage mover for entire hotel; Bathroom floor filthy with dirt residue & mold; Homeless man sleeping in lobby at 6:00 AM; Pitiful continental breakfast set out 1 hour late at 8:00 AM as we were leaving; Convenient but "Seedy" location; All in all, disgusting!
Upon entering the property there were many police dressed in full swat gear next door. They moved to our hotel. Very scary. The bathroom floor was dirty, the fre breakfast was not available till way quite awhile the time it was supposed to open when someone put out a basket of oranges. As we left there was a waffle machine out but that was an hour after it was supposed to open. Coffe tasted burned. The only computer was not working. In the morning there was a homeless man sleeping on the couch in the lobby.
The hotel itself was average however odd comments were made by hotel staff stating the hotel was under investigation for possible illegal activities! We left feeling strange about the hotel after those commments!
place need to closed down mildew everyware , roches , stair smell bad , elevator horible , please call health department, houskeeping do not clean hairs on tub and floor.. run for your life. front desk was the only thing good at checking. poor managemet , no follow up on guest needs,,,.. ;(
Where do I begin? Outside appearance: dirty/ Lobby: no AC, in Florida, AC is not a luxury. Lobby and elevator : dirty. There were exposed light sockets, doors were stained. Inside room: better condition, but rusty doors. shower faucet leaked. the pictures on the website are nice, but when you see the reality, it is quite different. Not what I expected from the hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone.
This filthy and decrepit hotel needs a health inspection. Our first assigned room stank, and only one of three lamps worked: too dark at night to stay. So I was reassigned to another room, where only one lamp was broken. But there were no wastebaskets and just one towel for two persons. The ice machine was broken and disgusting (see photo). The elevator was filthy as were the halls. The microwave was gross: see picture. Holes in the shower wall. I would have left but too late at night and non-refundable. Should not be open to the public, especially in covid times.
Leslie Rodriguez is the pure definition of customer service. I have been here for over a month, and not one day passes by that I don't get 5 star service from her. She is compassionate, caring, and completely awesome. With this pandemic going on she has showed me that there are people out here that still have genuine concern. She even goes above the call of duty to recognize good loyal customers. She would and will be my only reason for staying and coming back.
If I should I will give the rate for 0 star. The experience for living in this hotel is terrible. The staff don’t care the service and don’t have the standard for the cleaning as well. It is nasty. Trash everywhere. 1. The house keeper put all clean towels and sheets into the big garbage bag, and drag those bags into a dirty elevator. The elevator never have been cleaned, dust and sand are everywhere. After that those clean towel, sheets are not longer clean. Those sheets smells really bad, like some body odor. It is really disgusting using those towels and sheets. 2. The house keeper doesn’t cleanup my room in the second day when I walked in the room. I called front desk. The female staff talk back with attitude, said you have to pick up from front desk for the clear towels. Doesn’t apologize for anything, like things supposed be like that. They don’t care about the experience and what’s the feel about people living in the hotel. 3. The 5 floors hotel shares one elevator. It is the worst experience I ever have in US hotel! If you don’t want to the bad experience ruining your vacation, don’t go！…
Very disappointed in the treatment that I received past five days in this hotel! From the moment we checked in I already felt that I wasn’t going to be a good stay! Housekeeping, breakfast, room, Front desk! Never again!
Leslie Rodriguez, helped us a lot. We were able to get a room on 12/29/2019. We are choice privilege members. Thanks so much. Complimentary breakfast. Very close to downtown Orlando.. fresh food variety of food. Very clean and friendly staff.
