Fort Wilderness is a great place to camp and has lots to do for all ages. Recently stayed here with ages from 3 to 63 and everyone had a great time. Swimming, fishing, campfire, bring your bike and ride (which you can't do if you are in a hotel), horseback riding and tons more. It is great that it is...

There are significant pluses and minuses when you stay here. Perhaps the biggest plus is that you can park outside your cabin something that's impossible at any of the hotels. To get around the site you can also hire a golf cart. The cabins in FW come fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, so you don't need to pack the...

We have stayed at many of the resorts in Disney World over the years including many of the deluxes and DVC resorts but this one just sits at the top of my list. I love the fact that it feels so private yet nestled right in the middle of the magic. We stay in the cabins and I just love...

This was our second trip to Disney's Fort Wilderness. First, of course, you have to like camping! If you don't, don't even consider going! The camp sites are a decent size. We stayed in a premium site. We thought it was worth the extra money. You can pretty much walk anywher in the campground, but they have busses available too....

This is the second time we have stayed here (last time was in 2006). It is very nice place to stay with frequent bus services to all Disney attractions. We were 6 people, but the Cabin did not feel crowded (stayed for 2 nights). You can park right next to the cabin. It has TV, WiFi, a small kitchenette and...

This campground is by far the best place to go in Florida. Yes, I know it's Disney, yes, I know it's not the beach, but it surpasses all expectations that you may have. Everything from the facilities to the beautiful pool area make this an amazing place to go. For those who have issues with the bus connections, there is...

We stayed here May 17-25, 2013. We stayed in Loop 400 Lot 420. It was a very spacious lot, plenty room for 40ft. 5th wheel, a f250 ford quad cab truck and a jeep wrangler unlimited. The only thing once there you either have to use the internal bus service or rent/bring your own golf cart. That is really the...

We stay here for about 5-6 days each summer and are NEVER disappointed! We take our 35 foot 5th wheel, our daughter, golf cart, and dog & have the time of our lives! No need to even go to a park to enjoy your stay at Fort Wilderness .. there is plenty to do at the resort! The pool is...

We have stayed here numerous times and each time enjoy it that much more. It is a wonderful place to stay whether you are enjoying the parks or not. The facilities are topnotch and well maintained. So much to do and you never have to leave the campgrounds. True, it is a large campgrounds and the transportation a bit much...
