First time staying at this particular resort, and we spent much more time in the parks than at the hotel. Room was nice, typical value resort quality. The star pattern on the carpet is completely worn away, so hopefully they'll replace the carpets soon, as right now it feels outdated, and a little gross. Food court was standard for value...

We totally enjoyed our recent stay at this resort. Very nice staff. Great location. Even with a lot of ppl there we still had quiet time in the evening. Great breakfast. Transportation great. We got to rest, but also had a great time to visit with the smallest grand baby,2 yrs old. She knows the characters and would tell us when...

We stayed recently for a competition cheer event (The Summit). It wasn't terrible and met our needs. The pool was great except it had A LOT of chlorine in it...but based on the type of hotel...i guess it's needed. The food in the food court was a surprise! I expected mediocre...got really good. BTW...the grab and go sandwiches were a...

After years of visiting the other two All Star resorts, we finally made it to Sports. This did not disappoint. In continuing with the All Stars theme, everything was oversized and each building was themed with a different sport. We stayed during the recent runDisney Star Wars Dark Side weekend. The rooms were reasonably priced and transportation to the parks...

Great hotel that never disappoints. Stayed here for Star Wars Dark Side Half marathon. Staff were very helpful with our booking and provide the Disney service I remember. The hotel was busy later in our stay due to a dance and cheer leading competition being held on Disney Property. Room is standard and provides everything you need including fridge. When...

Others have stated that this is a "value resort". The Good: a) Hotel is a Disney property so you get Disney benefits (wristband and shuttles) b) Disney's shuttle system is very convenient c) Hotel has basic facilities - room, pool The Bad: a) The rooms are very old and outdated (about par with Motel 8's) b) Carpets are worn out...

Very basic rooms. No frills. By frills I mean no room service, room to move around, coffee in room. Nothing but a hard bed to lay down on. It's like staying at a Motel 6 with a picture of Mickey on the wall. The coctail waitresses wore the most un sexy boring uniforms I have ever seen. They can pretty...

This resort is wonderful. All you people complaining that the room is to small and not a lot of food options, it's a value resort! What do you expect. If you want Hilton like quality go to another resort and pay the 300+ a night. And any Disney resort you stay in is gonna potentially have a lot of walking...

This is the worst on property hotel you could ever stay at. The rooms only fit four people if you put two people in each bed which is a problem for my family because we move around a lot. The food here is not terrible but it is okay. Some of the areas are very far away from the bus...

Two stars due to the friendly Disney staff but WOW were we disappointed. Here for a cheer competition and can't believe it. Motel like rooms, and ONE food hall/cafeteria with limited options. Can't believe we have to leave the property to get any decent food. highly suggest other Disney properties.
