This is my fourth stay here and I will keep coming back. Our room had two queen beds with the small pull-out bed that's perfect for our 8 year old. Our 15 year old had the second queen bed. Such a short walk to Disney Springs so we don't have to fight the parking garage mess. The pool is open till 11 which was perfect for after a day spent in the sun at Disney Springs. Check-in is always a breeze and Leticia at check-out was absolutely positive. The valet guys are always personable and quick to lend a hand if needed. Amazing value resort with a location you can't beat!

Awesome stay! They have a beautiful lobby and the front desk is super friendly. I would definitely stay here again, we had no problems what so ever. Just sign up early for the shuttles that go to the parks so you get the time you want. Thanks B Resorts!

Great location, free dependable shuttle service to Disney parks, nice rooms, in room coffee, upscale toiletries, reasonable price. My favorite part though, is the service and the staff, particularly smiling LaShaun at the front desk and the great bartender Karren. Both went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and professional. Good people! The only thing that keeps me from rating this property 5 stars is a personal irritant that is not just here but at many other properties as well: a parking charge and a resort fee. I understand the concept and I understand the marketing behind it; I personally would prefer an upfront all-inclusive price when looking for a place to stay. (And yes, I did know in advance before booking what all of the charges were because I read the "fine print".) Even with the "extra" charges, this place was a great value for the total price I paid. So .. we booked a room that said "stunning pool view". We checked in and went to our first room. It was an amazing view of the back parking lot! Called and said we booked a pool view room. So they were nice enough to change our room. Now we have an amazing view of I 4 and a roof and a parking lot. Still not a pool view. At this point we have decided to just stay put. We usually love The B but so far not impressed. We are here celebrating my husband birthday so we will enjoy it but... See picture below of new view!! I am thinking we will find a new favorite hotel.
