Had a nice 2 night stay. Check-in was easy. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed being able to make coffee in the room and going down for breakfast each morning. There were plenty of hot and cold items to choose from each day. We set the fan in the room to "continuous" and never had a problem with plane or guest noise. It was easy to get extra towels from the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed on our first and last nights in Orlando because of proximity to the airport. The first room’s floors were greatly in need of cleaning. Second room was better. We had a couple of annoying experiences. We were waiting at the airport for the shuttle. We had to call a second time before we discovered there are hotel shuttle pick up spots in two different places at Terminal B. Wish they had made that clear before we waited over an hour. We were very annoyed to discover that we could not watch the Stanley Cup finals on television. The network it was broadcast on was converted to something called the tourist channel! We would have stayed elsewhere if we had known this. Finally, we could not get a shuttle to the airport at our preferred time of 6:00. We had to go on the 5:30 am shuttle. That meant we were too early for breakfast. They had nothing available for grab and go, not even coffee. I would have made a cup in the room if I had known. We would probably stay again if we had an early departure or a late arrival, and hope for fewer annoyances next time.…
Excellent hotel. Super friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool area with lounge chairs and dining sets. Free shuttle to and from airport. 7-Eleven nearby. Wide variety of breakfast items: cereal, sausage,scrambled/boiled eggs, hot cooked oatmeal with toppings, fresh baked cinnamon rolls, bagels, toast, make-your-own pancakes, coffee, tea, fresh lemonade all day, etc...
I stayed here for one night, before a race. I really enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn - great staff, clean room and amenities, and hot breakfast. Though, my favorite thing was how bright the bathrooms are. I could see my legs while shaving! :) ProsRoom Cleanliness, Location, Amenities, Atmosphere, Facilities, recognition for ihg rewards club members, lighting
Updated hotel, rooms were nice, the bed comfortable, but you hear the planes and guests in nearby rooms. Night staff wasn’t helpful with missing toiletries, too busy, so we went down to lobby, Three staff members at checkin were interested in chatting then to give us soap to our room. Will not be a repeat customer.
stayed here twice for a couple of night each time during a business trip. maybe they were a bit packed but the front desk employees were not very helpful - especially at check-in time - and during my stay they could not find any additional clothes hanger for my room. during my second stay the flashing silent fire alarm flashlights were constantly on for more than a day so staying in the hall was quite annoying. seems like the place is in need of better maintenance. a definite plus was the staff of the breakfast joint, joel and mellory in particular, who were kind and welcoming to me and my friends and went out of their way to help us with pur food restrictions. would recommend it only for overnight stays since it is so near orlando airport.
Nice hotel with free transfer to and from Orlando Airport. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. There is a nearby Seven Eleven for some grocery. Pool in the hotel is an added bonus to relax.
The breakfast here is the best, the breakfast attendant Joel is very attentive and polite and professional. Holiday inn made a great choice by hiring him, I hope to see him excel because he made my already 5 star stay here FABULOUS. 10 stars!
Stayed here a couples days before my cruise departure. The airport shuttle was conveniently running 24/7 making pickup easy and free. The shuttle did have a bad odor to it though. Made the ride a little unpleasant. The hotel grounds were clean and well managed. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. While on my stay I had meetings and work projects to do. The space was quiet and wifi worked well during the day. The continental breakfast was decent and well stocked with coffee, juice, water, fruits and select hot and old breakfast items. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
It was a godsend. Needed a place close to the airport. Staff wore masks; room was clean; staff were cheery and friendly. Fabio the shuttle driver offered to drive us(2 little old ladies) across street to eat so we didn't have to walk.A battery was bad in smoke detector and Jonathan G speedily changed the battery.
