We went to this hotel with some reservations due to some poor reviews we had read on other sites. However we were very pleasantly surprised.
It is a reasonably small hotel set at the top of International Drive, it has a Trolley Stop right outside,...More
Hotel staff wasn't friendly. At all the time we felt ourselves just like bothering the staff every time we requested some extra towels or any info about the area for instances. At the check out they weren't able to help us when requested for storing...More
We have been to Orlando many times and have stayed at various hotels. I was a little nervous about staying here due to some of the reviews. DO NOT BE WORRIED!
Firstly, the location is excellent. There is a trolley stop right outside, shops next...More
Stayed at this hotel with my daughter. Thought I'd just pay cheap as only a bed to stay in while at theme parks. What a mistake, totally bitten to shreds by bedbugs in the room. The distress and irritation makes me wish I'd paid for...More
This hotel is dirty, unsanitary, has mold on the ceiling, stains on the sheets and carpets. The windows are filthy. There hasn't been a vacuum cleaner used in the rooms in some time. The AC units and thermostats do not work. The corridors smell of...More

We paid $40 dollars for a taxi to the Magic Kingdom, and that was through Mears. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will be between $50 and $60 dollars one way so what we do is, we go onto Mears website and book a return shuttle with them before we leave. I believe it was around £65 pounds return for two of us, so a significant saving. You print of your booking confirmation, and when you land, you print your vouchers at the Mears desk, hand them to the person maning the desk outside and they give you a buzzer which goes off when your shuttle is there. We've never waited more than 20 mins and all the stops on the way are close to each other xx
